The title tells you all you need to know. If you want a B&B in the S.Devon area then you couldn't do better. The couple who own The Seaway John and Barbara are very pleasant, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is excellent.

This B&B was fantastic. It is reasonably priced. Clean and the bedrooms are fitted to a high standard. Breakfast was all that you could ask for. The hosts, Barbara and John were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend staying at this establishment for a short or long stay.

Barbara & John were lovely hosts, nothing too much trouble. Room was lovely, rolled top bath and shower, nice and clean. Breakfast was wonderful, fresh fruit salad always available, along with a full English breakfast, always freshly cooked. Had a lovely stay and as John always says 'it never rains in Teignmouth 😆

Thank you for your lovely remarks. We are pleased that you enjoyed your visit with us. If it does rain in Teignmouth there are plenty of places to visit but John is forever the optimist when it comes to the British weather. Kind regards Barbara and John

We are Australians who ran a 4 Star property for 14 years and are on holiday in the UK. Good value accommodation with well equipped bedroom and super comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent and had lots of choice. Most of all we felt Barbara & John were marvellous hosts - they really know what hospitality means. Can highly recommend!
