This is a busy business venue. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The food we ate was of a good standard and served in good quantities. The rooms are a good size, well equipped and clean. I enjoyed my stay.

Very efficient check in, decent sized room, great breakfast, nothing fancy but everything worked, everything was as expected...except...shower mechanism antiquated, and room too warm during the night but that's always a bug bear with me in a hotel, I find it frustrating that you can't open a window fully but understand the reasons why. The only real complaint I have...

Take a lovely old building in a good location, populate it with good staff and then make a very average hotel by failing to pay attention to the detail. Cleaning and maintaining a room is not rocket science. It's the same with Oulton Hall , my local De Vere near Leeds. Looks impressive but at ground level it is shoddy...

Only stayed for one night for work but would have happily stayed for longer to explore the beautiful grounds. I was astonished that this hotel was so close to the M25 and the A10 - staying here felt like being in the countryside. The building itself was gorgeous both inside and out and there is plenty of car parking. My...

I stay here several days a month. It's a great place for business meetings, the rooms are appointed well in comparison to typical UK accommodations, and the Courtyard restaurant offers a great breakfast with great staff taking care of you. Occasionally Dinners in the Courtyard Restaurant are buffet style if the occupancy of the hotel warrants it. The Temple bar...

This is quite an impressive estate set in lots of woodland. I arrived to a lot of conference/training delegates milling about. The hotel is of a decent standard, although looking a little jaded in places - the bathroom, in particular. I had a lovely evening meal - a bit pricey on food and beverages. Breakfast was a cut above the...
