This is great accomodation, well maintained, clean and warm in the heart of a valley outside Ingelton. The location is superb, far enough out to feel you are on your own but close enough to drive to town in 10 minutes. The children loved it, feeding the pigs and the chickens and walking down to the stepping stones over the...

Our stay in this fabulous farm house was wonderful, an ideal location to meet- we were a group of friends from around the UK. The farm house was great for this large gathering, and sleeps 12 in comfort. We found all rooms ensuite & fitted out to a high spec, lovely comfy beds - all with spectacular views of the...

We arrived in the afternoon and were greeted by friendly Judith and shown to our room which was the Ingleton.Whilst we were settling in Judith made us a pot of tea and explained all about the their animals, the kune kune pigs, sheep and chickens. The kune kune pigs were so cute especially the runt of the litter. We were...

We first stayed here a few years ago when there was only room, can't believe how much the building has changed. My husband and I and our 2 teenagers were very comfortable in the spacious attic room and the ensuite wet- room is fantastic! Breakfast was delicious in a dining room with an amazing view! Would recommend Dale House Farm...

Myself and my husband stayed here as I was taking part in the three peaks challenge. Booking was easy, a simple e mail to owner Judith and on arrival was greeted by Judith who happily showed us to our beautiful room with stunning views (Twistleton room). The room was spacious, extremely clean, tidy and the views... wow! Very well equipped...

We stayed four nights in the Raven Scar room and very much liked this spacious, clean, simply and tastefully decorated with natural materials (limestone floor, wood ceiling beams and solid wood doors) farmhouse, set in a remote, quiet, yet convenient location. Judith, together with well-natured Lleyn lambs, Kunekune pigs, chickens and cats, made us feel welcomed and ensured sufficient privacy....

Stayed in the Raven Scar room for 2 nights back in April and really can't speak highly enough of this wonderful B&B. The farm is in a lovely setting and was quite idyllic as we arrived on a beautiful Spring evening complete with gambolling lambs as we headed down off the road to the farmhouse! It is well located for...

Best B&B I've ever stayed at. Rooms were modern, super clean and smelled fresh. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Lovely rural location in beautiful surroundings. Owners were so welcoming and friendly. Having to wake up at 5am for our trek, we were thankful for a self service breakfast that set us up for the day ahead. We couldn't have asked for...

Probably the best B&B experience we've had! The pictures show how new and clean the rooms were and are totally accurate. Super friendly, most excellent breakfast (very 'clean' and well presented compared to many a greasy plateful in some places) and helpful advise from the owners who really do try hard to give you a good vacation. The only downside...

Dale House Farm is situated in spectacular open countryside 2 miles outside of Ingleton, between the White Scar Caves and the Ribblehead Viaduct. We provide luxury rooms (double, twin or family), and serve our own home reared sausage and bacon for breakfast. “1. Taxi services limited. About £7 to Ingleton. Pre booking highly recommended. Taxis come from Settle so are not local. 2. Hard to get food from Ingleton after 9pm so eat early and don't lose track of time. 3. Amazing Steak Pie at the Mason Arms in Ingleton. 4. Take care driving down Farm track from road. Very uneven. Becareful if you have a low riding car. 5. No Internet and bad phone signal, but we all need the break once in a while. 6. White Scar Caves are what they are. £10 for an 80min walk was ok. Not recommended if you have a very big belly or are comically tall. 7. There is a free cash machine at a petrol station in Ingleton (5 mins drive). Dale House does not (July'14) have a card machine. We also fouind that there were a fair few places in Ingleton that didn't either, including the Mason Arms (but it may have been broken).”
  • View from our bedroom...simply idyllic.
