Stayed here over the weekend for two nights wished we could have stayed longer! The breakfasts are great with good choice of fresh fruit etc sets you up for the day. Thanks again Karen and Keith can't wait to come back.:-)

Stayed here whilst cycling touring from Edinburgh to London last year. Can honestly say that Karen and Keith gave me the warmest welcome of any other places that I stayed at. The guesthouse was exceptionally clean and breakfast was fantastic...I cannot recommend Ferncliffe enough! (Just like everyone else!)

Right Karen and Keith, this is just getting boring now! What else can I say that hasn't already been said! Thank you so much for another amazing stay. The whole family stayed for 3 nights in October for my birthday break. Heather hadn't visited before but she absolutely loved the house and loved Ingleton. We did the Waterfalls walk again,...

The Ferncliffe is an ideal base for walking the three Yorkshire peaks - its spotlessly clean, comfortable, excellent attention to details, a great breakfast and superb packed lunches. Nothing is too much trouble for Karen even a lift to the start of one of the walks! I highly recommend the Ferncliffe.

We visited Ingleton this weekend and could not have asked for a better place to stay. From our delayed arrival through to departure Karen and Keith were the perfect hosts. The guest house was immaculate and the services provided excellent. What was particularly appreciated was an early cooked breakfast as well as flasks of hot drinks prepared in readiness for...

Another great stay at Ferncliffe. Our second time and we brought our youngest son with us this time. Karen and Keith are just the best hosts. Rooms are absolutely spotless and the breakfast is amazing. My waistline has still not recovered! Our labrador Poppy stayed in local kennels and Karen even gave us sausages for her. We did the Waterfalls...

My 3rd time stopping here en route to going further North. It's so boring having to write the same old thing again!! But once again Karen & Keith's welcome was as warm as ever, the en suite room, the guest/TV room, the breakfast were all once again of the very highest standard. Ferncliffe is quite simply a home from home,...

My sister, friend and I stayed for a couple of nights recently and must say it has to be the best B & B we have ever stayed in. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Karen and Keith were amazing even preparing a tasty vegetarian breakfast each morning for me. The house is well positioned within easy reach of...
