Had a four day stay in the cottage, it was a beautiful recently renovated open plan cottage, read some reviews of damp etc?? I can categorically say this is not the case it was warm, cosy and quite frankly brilliant, host were everything you could ask for, would definitely stay again

Camped for a couple of nights over the Easter weekend. Weather was not brilliant, soggy and very windy. The site is well maintained and the grass really well looked after. Camping areas were handy, with good car parking, although the toilet block was lacking a little in terms of design. Ladies - 1 shower and two toilets with no where...

We spent 7 nights in our caravan on the Certified Location part of the site. On arrival, Wendy showed us to the pitch area and we could choose which of the 3 empty pitches we wanted for our caravan and awning. The views around the 5 pitches are stunning. We were lucky to arrive whilst the tiny lambs were in...

First trip in our new motorhome, so wanted somewhere localish to home, and handy for ingleton, settle etc. Booked into Stackshead Farm on phone the week before. got there mid day Saturday and was pleasantly surprised. Small CL touring site for about 5 units. Clean shiower / wc block, which was a bit cold, but it was December. Once on...

We stayed in September in our motorhome. The site is beautifully situated and well kept. It was very quiet with no tents, so we had plenty of space; not sure what it would be like in the summer. We had lovely views from our pitch and the facilities were excellent and very reasonable. The campsite is within easy walking distance...

A bit dubious at first due to the low rates charged for the site however this is a lovely place. The shower/toilet block is clean, the site itself is small but quiet and peaceful. If you walk down the lane to the end of the road (10 minute walk) there is a lovely pub called The Masons which serves good...

The location is stunning, an easy walk from Ingleton and its attractions. There are views in all directions. The area for campervans and caravans is especially attractive, with just a handful of pitches in a very pretty field with flowers, blossom, and hens. The facilities are good (50p honesty box for shower) and very clean. It's laid back -- indeed...

The space for tents is quite small, and very close to the long stay caravans. However, it was peaceful with few campers, the toilet block was clean, the showers were good, and the kids loved the swimming pool which we had all to ourselves on a late Sunday morning. Good value for money campsite. Like any farm stay, beware the...

We decided to spend one night camping last minute on a Saturday night. The owner was really friendly and helpful when I rang to book. The campsite and toilet facilities were really clean and the grass was perfect. The location was in easy reach of Ingleton which we walked to. The owner allowed us, 4 adults and 3 children, to...

I booked on short notice the campsite for 2 adults in 1 tent. The responses via email are very prompt. The value is excellent at £12 per pitch. Location is excellent, a short 1 mile walk from the village centre. Upon arrival we went to the kitchen as requested, this could be a bit better signposted for new visitors. We...
