We stayed here on the 17-19 and it was lovely all staff were great and food was lovely all I have to say bad is the beds were a little hard so found it difficult to sleep and they should have a wider menu as me and my partner although we enjoyed the food and it was lovely we would...

Fantastic stay in a well priced, hotel. Staff and management went over and above our expectations . We had a few requests and were really well cared for. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend and will visit again when we're next in the area. Thank you.

The hotel is efficient and provides for all your basic needs in a value for money package. Our room was spacious, light and modern with plenty of open plan storage and hanging space. Rooms have tea/coffee facilities, hair dryer and good tv & dvd loan service. On-suite delivers an excellent flow of hot water to bath and shower. Breakfast was...

Whilst washed walls and bed linen and really plain. Then...

Stayed here with my fella for a weekend away at the end of Jan 2017. The hotel was perfect! In a lovely location - right next to Wookey caves. The food was delicious and we ate in the restaurant both nights as well as having breakfast. Staff were veery friendly. Would stay again!

The hotel staff were fab and the caravan was modern and clean. Only criticism was the bed wasn't too comfy but the hot-tub was wonderful and the lounge had a large flat-screen TV...

Well looked after by the staff, great job by Jess on reception who sorted out our booking and lovely room,...
