Good and Bad. Nobody turned up for breakfast except the guests!! We were all locked out of the building. Apparently it happened the day before too according to some of the other guests. Breakfast supposedly served 8.30am - 9.30am at weekends. We had ordered a breakfast tray for the first night as had early start. WIFI did not work in...

Beautiful meal and very reasonable prices. Compliments to the chef. Francesca the manager was very warm and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and will go again. Nothing was too much trouble. Ambience was good although some areas were 'tired' apparently being renovated though.

We spent one night here, in room 4, which is a double and adjoins (via a locked door) room 5. The room itself was fine; clean, comfortable, lots of hot water, tea and coffee provided. The problem was the noise. The door adjoining the room next door lets every sound through. Our neighbour could have been in the same room...

Having dined at the new owner's previous restaurant, I booked a table at lunchtime for 4 and was delighted with the range of food available on both the menu and the 'specials' board. The beers on tap were well kept and the food was served promptly with a smile. The cleanliness of the bars/dining areas was top notch, and although...

Well we made our booking on the advice of an elderly Aunt. We arrived and walked in when our Aunt said those immortal words "we've got the wrong pub". After much debate we decided to stay and can I say it was the best mistake of the year. The Sunday carvery was the best I've ever tasted. With three meats,...

Only visited for a meal did not stay in rooms, inn situated in small village. Nice simple lunch time meal that was reasonably priced. But a new ownership is about to take over, so we will need an update review in a few months to see if there are any changes

A village pub with accommodation off the car park. Easy access. Needs a splash of paint and some maintenace to make it a bit nicer. Worn out mattress. Shower was excellent. Could hear next door very easily through the adjoining door. Not good.
