The b&b was just delightful. It was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. Couldn't find a fault with it. If up that way again i'll stay there if there are vacancies. If you get good weather you'll get a lovely tan as it's beside the Loch.

I stayed here for one night while passing through Lochcarron on business. The room was cosy, very comfortable and warm. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was tasty and served quickly. Will definitely stay here again if in the area. Thoroughly impressed - only a shame I wasnt there in the day time, because Im sure the view would've...

It comes as no surprise that the self catering chalet at Loch Dubh consistently receives 5 star reviews. It is thoroughly deserved. The chalet was spotless with quality fittings, and the furnishings demonstrated flair and style. There was a very comfortable bed, lots of space and light and a log burning stove which you could choose to use or not....

My friend and I stayed at Loch Dubh last week (29 September), chosen after extensive research. We were not disappointed. This was a return to Lochcarron for me – the first place I ever stayed in Scotland, with my late mother, about 15-20 years ago – and Loch Dubh made that slightly bittersweet return far more palatable than it could’ve...

We were happy to return here. The room is simple but clean, with lovely views over the loch. Emma is warm and welcoming, and provides a good breakfast served at the big table giving great views. It is great to have free wifi provided.

We stayed in the chalet next to the main house. It is very new and beautifully clean -most important to me!! The shower is really good and the view over the loch is lovely. The hosts were most hospitable and even helped us jump start our car - oops! A great place to relax and from which to explore the...

We stayed at the little chalet next to the main house and were floored when we entered it. It's stunningly beautiful, modern, but still cosy with a great view over the lake. The chalet has a living room with a kitchen in on one corner and a table for four in the other, a bedroom and the spacious bathroom with...

The rooms in the guest house were already booked for the dates we wanted, but we were offered a self-catering option in the chalet which sits within the grounds of the house. This was slightly more expensive, but we were concerned that we had left things a little late, and decided to go for it. Wow, was this a good decision!...
