The Reynolds Hotel, located in historic Lillooet, BC, is your starting point to a world of adventure surrounded by the natural beauty of the Coast Mountain Range and Fraser Canyon. The Reynolds Hotel was built in 1941 and has been renovated extensively to capture the mood of a bygone era. Experience being transported back in time to the turn of the century while enjoying all the modern amenities our accommodation has to offer. Our stylish boutique hotel features locally cut and milled wood floors, wall paneling and trim in the lobby, the Beer and Wine store, and our first class Cookhouse restaurant. Locally collected antiques are featured throughout the hotel. Uniquely themed rooms reflecting our historic past include a rustic log cabin re-creation reminiscent of the Gold Rush era, a lavish room that would have been welcomed by a traveling female entertainer of high acclaim, and an elegant Oriental-styled room in honor of early Chinese immigrants to the area.

We booked a one night stay in this lovely hotel in Lillooet and it did not disappoint.
I booked this room via booking.com as our travel agent does not use this area, this is a beautiful town off the main highway with a lovely hotel which was easy to find.
Large car park to the rear which was included in the stay.
Friendly helpful reception staff on arrival and our room was ready, this was the only place that we stayed at that catered for a family as the room had one double bed and twin beds with fridge, kettle etc available.
The additional fantastic use of washing machine and dryer for a reasonable cost was a great help for a family travelling across Alberta and BC.
We had about a 10 minute drive to Seton lake which is a great safe place for a swim and cool off.
We had dinner in the restaurant which was delicious but unfortunately they had run out of the specials by the time we ate.
Lovely comfortable nights sleep, only issue was no lift for carrying the heavy suitcases.

The Reynolds is a somewhat old-fashioned looking and feeling place, in the best way. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good bed and a lovely bathtub. The food at the pub is generously portioned and reasonably priced, and tastes pretty damn good too; the staff there are friendly and fun, and it's clearly a good local hangout. They've made good efforts at soundproofing the rooms from the restaurant and pub; it did get a bit loud in the parking lot under our room right at closing time, but the hotel staff shut that down pretty handily, which was great.

Please note that there is NO ELEVATOR and those stairs are mildly terrifying if you have heavy luggage.

This was our third stay in this hotel, and as always, we were not disappointed! Reynolds is an older hotel, but has been thoroughly and tastefully renovated with an eye to detail. Everything that a traveller might need is supplied in the rooms, which are immaculately clean, with superbly comfortable beds. The restaurant is convenient, with plenty of choice, and there is also a liquor and convenience store in the building. The 'night manager', Chuck, was particularly friendly and helpful, and his suggestion of taking the 'shuttle' to Seton Portage gave us the highlight of our trip. Overall, we were very happy to have revisited Reynolds Hotel!

I really can't say enough about this great little hotel. In the centre of a small town it is a pearl, so glad we chose it. On registering, our cases were carried to our room when it was noticed we were a bit ancient, and told to say when we left they would be carried down again, and they were! The room was spacious, with a really comfortable bed and loads of space to hang clothes and get out a suitcase. The heating was efficient and quick to warm the room, as while we were there it snowed, so it turned a bit cool. The bathroom was roomy and modern with a great shower. The restaurant attached to the hotel supplied breakfast and evening meal which were both fantastic. In the unlikely event we pass this way again I would have the immense pleasure of staying here.

This hotel was a stopover for us heading North from Vancouver
Easy to find with ample parking front & rear.
We were made very welcome when we checked in, which was very quick.
The room was clean and large and the bed was very comfortable.
Unfortunately the fans situated on the roof which are on 24/7 were noticeable. There is a restaurant attached to the premises.

Nice little Independent Hotel. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was better than the one at the last Courtyard we stayed in.
Attached commissary is very well stocked.
The restaurant has Friday and Saturday specials but try to get there before 6pm or you may miss out. The bar was hopping too.
If you like go to bed early, you may want to request a room that is not above the bar.

This hotel is tucked away in the middle of nowhere, in a tiny village. As my friend has driven for a long time and it was dark, we decided to chance a stay here. It's a little bit like being in the wild west and was nearly $150 for the night which was easily one of the most expensive rooms during our road trip.

The room is a decent size, the furniture is piney and the fridge is hidden under this false door. We had brought our own food along so we didn't need to buy breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. They have a shop next to reception which was mostly full of alcohol and drinks. Not much to buy for breakfast if you did need to buy stuff.

There's no lift to the first floor which is a pain as I have a bad knee and my friend helped bring my luggage upstairs. So bear this in mind if you do stay here.

The volume of the tv seems to be pre-set as we couldn't increase the volume at all and in the end, we had to turn it off as we couldn't hear the programme.

All in, our stay was ok but was pricy for what it was.

Stayed for one night. Staff were friendly, our dog was able to join us. The rooms have been updated recently. There is a cool curving staircase leading up to the rooms. The floors are hardwood - which is so much better than carpet and we had two rooms with two double beds - each room having it's own TV. The room had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. I also found the kettle, which for a tea drinker is 5/5. We had take out from the restaurant and were really impressed with the quality of the food. Hubby had a chicken burger (guessing it was cooked by sous vide by how juicy it was) and I had a beef burger - also very good. It was a bit noisey outside on the night we stayed there but it was just some young kids having fun and it was actually nice to hear them laughing and running around. The view from the room was 5/5. Hotel follows and enforces covid protocols.

Lillooet was our planned stop on our way to Banff. We approached at night and was a bit concerned about parking on the street but the chipper young lady at the desk explained to park around back. We visited their little convenience store for a few snacks; really appreciated that when we arrived tired and didn't want to go looking for an open store.
The room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was hot, water pressure was strong. We had a wonderful nights sleep and took a moment to appreciate the mountain views from the parking lot in the morning as we left. The entire experience was great and we'd definitely recommend this spot if you're driving through. 😊
