Just returned from a fabulous 6 night stay at Jakes. The accommodation was fantastic! The Sea Puss 2 (deluxe one-bedroom cottage overlooking the ocean) was simply heavenly. It's hard to put into words just how fantastic it was to wake up each morning and relax...More
Jake's is a funky, cute hotel on Treasure Beach - its definitely charming.
However, I found a few gaps that I think are important for travelers to know and which generally detracted from our overall experience at this hotel (given the price, these are things...More

I am not 100% sure on the cottage at Seaweed as we stayed at the Villa, but I believe meals can be prepared every day if you like. The walk to Jakes is a little dicey as it isn't the neighborhoods that are an issue, it is the traffic on the roads. They are pretty crazy drivers over there. We did walk there one day via the beach and it was very nice. It is about 1 mile.
The beach is very nice and you can snorkel along the reef.
