My friend and I spent 9 relaxing nights at Casabarco after Lima, Cusco and Machu Picchu. It was such a welcome relief from all the travelling! The owner, Filix was a great communicator and helped organise our needs, such as taxis to and from Piura airport and arranging a table and chairs for our room. The staff were excellent and...

We stayed here for 4 nights in August. We really enjoyed our stay. We dealt with Filix by email when we were booking, he has excellent English and it was very easy. He organised a private transfer for us from Piura Airport for about $100. It was expensive but it is a 3 hour journey and we were very glad...

Wonderful place to relax. Beautiful beach, nice garden, pool, great service, wonderful room and the very best ..... Jorge! His food was delicious. What more could one ask for then to tell someone at breakfast what you would like for dinner and then just show up and it be even better than you imagined. Easy walk to town over the...

It is a wonderful, cozy place to stay. Has a great view, surrounded by beautiful gardens. It is perfectly located and has a reef- free area to swim almost right in front of the hotel. I highly reccomend it!

Casabarco was a fantastic place to rest after doing the inca trail. We had 6 nights there and the staff were very friendly. The chef Jorge, cooked some amazing food and even gave us a cerviche cooking class. The weather was great (even though it was winter), the beach is right there and town is walking distance along the beach....

CasaBarco in Mancora is a great place to stay, close enough so you can walk to town but far enough so the crowds don’t bother you, located on a green little hill covered with palm trees and flowers, you are a few meters over the water level so you get the nice breeze without the sand and noise from the...

As an American, who was rather new to Peru, and Mancora, I was hesitant to book a place that I had never been or had not gotten recommendations about from my Peruvian friends. I had tried several different locations based on my Peruvian friends suggestions, but they were all either slow to respond to my questions or were already booked...

My wife and I stumbled upon this place when looking for a place to escape the crowds of the town. We fell in love with the little bungalows, great service, excellent views, and the small attention to detail. Although the don't advertise it, Marco is a awesome chef and can whip up anything you desire. Highly recommend staying here. Brian...
