Stayed here on our way from Nelson to Christ Church. Large very comfortable modern studios with comfortable bed and bath, kitchen facilities, wifi and parking. Free laundry available. Can walk to most anything in Hanmer Springs. Our hosts were most helpful. You couldn't pick a nicer place to stay

For the price I was expecting a better experience. The rooms are very nice but the laundry closed at 7pm so clothes couldn't be finished if arrival time was 5:30. Check out was 10:30am so spa couldn't be visited the next morning (which is why anyone visits). AC locked at 18C which sounds reasonable but sleeping area never got cool...

Thanks for a great stay. Attended a wedding at the Heritage and St James was so handy. Great to be able to walk everywhere. Only writing these extra lines because TA insists we write 200 words. We thought the previous couple of sentences was enough. Lovely Motel we would stay again.

Awesome place to stay. Great location and modern, clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to some great restaurants and bars and also close to the pools. Nice place to get away to from the city.
