The very comfortable small hotel with 5 rooms only. The room is large and comfortable. The staff is very much helpful and friendly. There is the swimming pool of the acceptable size. The restaurant meals are good.
Being there just for dinner. Some food on menu not available , cocktails correct , as well meals were good but for standing who seem to be high, some disappointment. Fresh and grilled fish OK but nothing tremendous or superior to other restaurant, and price quite high class for the food: good but medium class in matter of sophistication you may expect according price.
The hotel is away from the beach but a short walk away . Close grand anse town centre. Well kept creole style rooms . Friendly staff and a great pool to enjoy those warm island days. To top it off the best creole food on the island this beautiful small family run is definitely worth a stay on praslin.
We visited here for dinner on recommendation from the owner of the place we are staying and we were not disappointed. Yes the decor may be a tad dated but don’t let that put you off. I had the crab curry which was absolutely delicious with beautiful fluffy rice and chutney and my husband had creole chicken with pepper sauce which he loved. Service was friendly and efficient and for the Seychelles it was extremely reasonable. Main with wine/ beer and coffee and baileys £65 for two people which we thought was excellent value. We would return again happily.
We came here after the restaurant was recommended to us. I ordered a vegetable curry and it was FLAVORLESS. How is a curry flavorless? I approached the waitress, jeneiva, about the meal and told her that the food had no flavor and she argued with me and said no. She didn’t want to take it back and gave me a big attitude. She didn’t care that I didn’t touch it and still charged me for it. Awful experience. Don’t even bother.
