The Piano was in a nice setting, with a lovely pool and good rooms. Everything we needed for a one night stay but remote. Great night's sleep, beds are comfy and it so really quiet with a nice mountain outlook. Staff were obliging but bored. You definitely need your own transport and it was a bit soul-less. Breakfast was, OK but...

We booked this hotel for our weekend trip out from Bangkok. The pictures of this place on the internet were nice. We stayed in a small bungalow with 2 bedrooms - living area - balcony and of course a Piano. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of our accommodations. It's DIRTY. I couldn't believe my eyes how dirty and...

You can get pick up truck from town to near the hotel, then it's a 2.5km walk....but we were given a lift by some locals which was great fun. A very warm welcome when we arrived and the reception staff could speak great English. We had a deluxe twin room, which was really nice and spacious. There were a few...

I stayed here for 2 nights in a trip with a large group of friends. I found a good and quick service from staffs. The room is lovely and comfortable. Although I found it quite old but everything is fine. The infinity edge pool is nice eventhough it's too cold for me to get in. I love breakfast so much....

It's very bad service!!! I and my family decided to visit Piano Resort Khao Yai because we had not other choices.... First we reached there, the staffs in information told us that we cannot got the room on that time (3.30 pm.) because of the household didn't finish the clearing yet.... So we need to wait until 4-5 pm..... Why...

Shown a twin and a double room upon arrival so selected a double room with a better view but on returning to reception to check in was told that this room would cost 500 Baht more because it had only one bed as opposed to the twin with 2 beds. At a cost of 2,000 baht per night inclusive of...

We were a group of four adults (Thais and Europeans) and one child staying for 2 nights. We booked a 2 bedroom suite so that we had space in the evenings to relax as a group and for my daughter to have her own space in the living room. I could write a book on how bad this hotel is...

Nicely appointed modern building in convenient location for Palio and Khao Yai National Park. Well furnished rooms but pricey for what they offer. WiFi everywhere but slow. Website vague about facilities - primarily because they are very few here. No gym, spa only open at weekends, nice pool but the pool area wasn't kept clean whilst I was there. A...
