We've been coming to Samed for years since living in Bangkok and since our favourite hotel was booked out, we decided to give this one a shot. I've stayed in a couple of different places on the island so I do have a pretty good idea of what you can expect for what money. Having said that, this place is...

We spent 5 nights at Club Samed. It's very nice to arrive with speedboat straight to the beach in front of the hotel. Staff was there waiting and welcomed us in. Our bungalow was up on the hill so there was a few steps to take:) Good exercise although. Room was nice and clean and housekeeping did a good job...

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The hotel was located in a small beach and there was no other tourist so the beach felt almost like a private beach just for us :). Room was very clean and nicely decorated and the bed was also very comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Sunbeds on the...

I spent 2 nights on Koh Samed at this resort and enjoyed the peace and quiet it provided. If you're here to lie by the pool and the sea, swim in the warm sea and wander about a bit you won't be disappointed. If you're wanting the bustle of the town, bars & clubs then you're on the wrong side...

We loved our stay at Ko Samed Club so much the first time, we came back there at the end of our holiday. The pool was great for our kids, the breakfast was very good, the beach is quiet. It's located a bit further from town, but if you rent a motorbike that's no problem. To us, it was a...

When you arrive at the Koh Samet ferry terminal, the busy area is to the left, the Samed Club is in the other direction. We walked to the hotel from the terminal, although it was longer than we expected. (the hotel is placed on the wrong location on Google maps!). The Samed Club was nice and friendly. We visited around...

I went to this hotel during Samed in Love concert and most of the hotels were fully booked. I chose this hotel because Google map says it is close to the pier, however it is very far away from the pier. The resort is super small with a tiny pool but over all is quite okay. We stayed at the...

Surprised with the mixed review on this property. We spent 4nights here & was welcome by the staff as soon as our speedboat pull near their beach, jump off & you are right in front of the hotel reception/restaurant/bar area. Our room was ground floor opposite the pool, very spacious bedroom with massive bathroom of shower/wet room & toilet. only...

We had high hopes for this place. Between the reviews, the pictures and the price tag we thought this would be a really solid (though certainly not 5-star), well-done hotel that would allow us to do nothing but relax. We are fairly down-to-Earth people who do a lot of traveling and have no issues staying in cheap bare-bones, no frills...

If you are after the Hilton don't come here, but if you are looking for total relaxation with great service this is the place. The staff are great, the garden rooms are comfortable, the meals are very good. We are here off peak and there are only 4 or5 other couples here so it's nice and quiet. The garden rooms...

“1 , The scooter rent shop is just across the street , 300 baht for 24 hours. 2, hotel has their private boat pier which is good. But check timetable in advance. 3, the hotel has free ground transfer once a day, but they don't tell you this. We still paid. Next time I reminded them, they actually knew.”

“202 was nice because it was far enough away from the street that we didn't get as much noise and it's just a few steps from breakfast/the restaurant so the baby monitor would stay connected while he slept and we sat outside.”

“There are some beach front rooms if you want a view of the sea otherwise a short stroll across the road will get you onto the beach from the garden rooms.”
