I stayed here for 9 days and couldn't fault the rooms or the staff. Excellent location, clean rooms and fresh bed linen and towels. Bathroom was especially nice and the shower was hot and powerful. Definitely recommend the larger bungalows. The small rooms were noisy and cramped but clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I agree with all of the above reviews - I wish I had checked Trip Advisor before booking here. The descriptions above about the room quality are all correct but I want to add more comments about the place. We have stayed on Samed more than 6 times in the past and we always enjoyed it, but this place really...

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. A rat came into the room under the door and so did a large cockroach. You have no cupboards or wardrobes so you have to live out of your suitcase. The hotel has some sort of scam with the room safe key. 500Thb but they want another 500 Thb to open the safe...

Stayed for a week in january. Had booked Sky Deluxe but the room was so small that we changed to a bungalow. The room was not very clean, the bathroom was actually really dirty, and the cleaning during the week let a lot to be desired. You could hear everything your neighbours said and did so if privacy is important...

We paid 3500baht for 2 bed bungalow, which was spacious, with good air con. Location was 5 secs from beach, stunning beach, bit busy but lovely. Bathroom smelled sometimes, could hear neighbours, could hear club until 12pm every night. Beds very comfy, safe could not be used. Samed on the whole quite cheap still. Spent £300 for the week on...

I wish I would of checked trip advisor before booking here for 2 nights! 2,000 baht per night, had to check out after the first night. No where to hang your clothes so the top of the fridge became the wardrobe, the safe was impossible to work, bathroom was disgusting, could hear your neighbours tv and other familiar noises. Maybe if...

My partner and I travel to Thailand every year. Our experience has been that Thai hotels are usually better star rated than they state. This is NOT. This was our first visit to Koh Samet and probably our last. We travelled with my partner's son and his girlfriend. Firstly: we booked two sea view deluxe rooms, before we arrived in...

This resort could have been so much better. Rooms are ok, but not worth the 2000 baht. No duvets. Outdoor area a bit dirty and too cramped and small. Bathrooms not clean and noisy. Breakfast nothing special. Beachfront is nice. Beach is busy, obviously the busiest beach on Samet. With a bit more effort and a bit more care this...

It's right on the first beach on Koh Samet. We tried both a superior room at 2000 bath/night, including a meager breakfast, and a standard room at 1600 bath. Same basic standard but the superior room was a bit bigger. Have a tv, refrigerator and a/c. Staff was friendly and did their job. Nothing extra. The cabins are not soundproof so...
