The staff is genuinely friendly, ask for Mr Payab for his ginger infusions!! The GM will do whatever he can to accommodate you at best....

We booked this room after long discussions with our travel agent whose information proved to be not entirely accurate so some observations to assist others in choosing:- The hotel is one of three linked hotels sharing the same bay. There is no separation of the properties except in design. To us this property was probably the best sited of the...

This was the third time in Thailand and the best! We really thought that we was V.I.P guest. The restaurant manager Payap Iamjuy did a very good job. The room and the beach was really nice. That was not many people there and we thought that was perfect for us.

Good: Reception, breakfast, beach (all are great) Bad: Price (bad value on rooms), no internet except n reception, prices in restaurant. The bungalows at this resort might be ok,...

We travelled as three couples in early August and stayed at Ao Prao for four days. The journey from BKK took three and half hours due to traffic to the reception building by the pier, which was shared by several resorts. The speed boat journey took about 15 to 20 minutes, and was very quick and efficient. Check-in was smooth....
