At booking upon my questions they confirmed that it was possible to have the breakfast and dinner in open air outside, they had virus protection and they said the hotel guests could use the neighbouring water park free of charge between 7 and 9 AM and it was not crowded that time. The booking process was flexible and polite. They have lots of parking spots. The check-in was fast. At arrival they told us that the elevator was out of order and the staff was busy to help so we had to carry our baggage upstairs. Staff does not wear masks, they have no signs to warn guest not to squize thrmseves into the elevators, they do not ask coughing guests to leave the buffet area and they have no terrace to eat outside. They have a fruit juice maker spot what they placed inside a closed cabin. The 7-9 free park visit is true but all the slides and fun pools open after 9. Our room was nice and clean. Room service was good. Outside pool is nice. They allow smoking at the pool bar so you must accept lounge cancer and covid smoke if you want to dine there. They placed a false extra amount on our bill but removed it after my claim and an extra 15 minute waiting ... without saying a sorry. They refused my request for a one hour extra late check out so I had to pay for it. The food was good, their goulasch soup was extra delicious. In the inside bar they could not serve cappucino. The staff was nice. Area is great.

In a great natural surrounding you have the option to go for a walk, a slow run or to swim. The Stoiser Hotel has 2 parts, the old side, and the new side is more modern. They are well connected and with inside corridors so you can reach the wellness areas, fitness or other highlights. It’s very clean, the service is good and the food excellent.

My family and I stayed for two nights at the end of December to calm down afer a lively Christmas. It was absolutely brilliant. The Stoiser sauna and spa area was clean, spacious and relaxing. I highly recommend getting up before 7am and going for a swim in the main Loipersdorf swimming areas of which Stoiser guests can get exclusive private access before it opens up to the public. There, we watched the sun rise over the hills while bubbling in the jacuzzi. The 50 min back massage I had at Stoiser was great too. I've had a lot of massages before in Europe, US and Asia and this one was one of the best. Plus, the masseuse could speak English so I could explain to her when I wanted it to be softer or harder. And last but not least, the food was plentiful and impressively high quality for a spa. There were also lots of vegetarian and salad choices. I loved that Mr Stoiser himself was greeting and serving guests in the restaurant. We will keep coming back!

We stayed for a week with our 4 yo daughter. We had a room in the new wing (design) that had main bedroom and one small room with a single bed for our daughter. The side room has no door which is a bit impractical. The rooms are nice. The bathroom is open in the main bedroom. The rooms were quite warm so we had the heating off most of the time. The food was very nice. Even though the food is marketed as half board, it is all inclusive light as lunch consisting of soup and big salad buffet is included and self service water tap and during the whole day in spa area there is fruit and dried fruit and selection of syrups so that you can make drinks. All you are paying for on top is drinks during your dinner if you want more than just water. The breakfast was great with huge selection. The only thing I missed was nice selection of pastries. Coffee was huge disappointment but we have high expectations on coffee. The hotel has very nice inhouse swimming pool and spa with sauna or you can go to the main Therme which cost 33 eur. You can walk in your bath robe using the connecting tunnel. We actually have not left the premises for 4 days as everything is connected indoors. The only negative we found is that this hotel is not equipped for kids. No play corner, playground or toys. Even being in the inhouse pool with smaller kids which are of course bit loud felt inappropriate as the guests are mainly older people and the pool is so nice quiet and relaxing (until the kids come). But overall very nice and would definitely like to come back.

We came here for a romantic night away. We paid 274 euros for a night in a superior design room however we somehow ended up in a family room. These rooms are terrible, low ceilings, bathroom is accessible via children's bedroom, no walkin shower. After complaining we were moved to our choice of room and these are much much better, exactly what we expected. Walk in shower, comfortable bed. However pillows are the crappy flat Austrian pillows and you have two separate quilts instead of one big one. The spa is in the hotel is really quite nice, it's a fully naked spa so be warned. There are saunas, steam room, relaxation areas, infrared booth, there is an outside area with sauna and swimming pool. There is a plunge pool also. There are some special creams in the spa that you can use while using the sauna. If you stay for 1 night then you are allowed to use the spa the next day while your bags are put in storage. There is the possibility to book the shafelbad in the therme at reception. Breakfast and dinner are not very impressive although they were included in the price. The waiting staff are very polite and attentive. There is a large selection of wines available during dinner. There is a bar that you can purchase drinks and take back to your room. The hotel has been recently renovated and is quite modern although some elements of the original hotel are obvious. I think I would try another of the hotels before staying here again.

We spent three nights at this resort. It is one of several that surround a large public spa facility. The hotel has had a number of additions resulting in a variety of interior design styles however this does not diminish the quality of the experience. Service is excellent, as is the hotel's spa and the kitchen. An indication of why the hotel is so pleasant is the direct involvement of the owner. Herr Stoiser is on hand every evening in the dining room, greeting guests and even bussing a table here and there. We have visited a variety of spa resorts in Austria and the food at Stoiser is probably the best we have encountered. We chose one of the newer south facing "design" rooms. Clean, contemporary with a balcony overlooking the grounds and the outdoor pool it was a pleasant place to relax when not enjoying the other offerings of the resort or the surrounding area. Stoiser is definitely a good choice for this sort of vacation. It is in fact a bit like a stationary cruise ship without the casino, jewelry hawking and nightly stage show. Which are replaced by good food, excellent and INEXPENSIVE local wines, beautiful countryside, fresh air and bird songs.

On a business trip I had a "one night stand" in this hotel. Very friendly staff. Somewhat awkward is the pre-assigned seating for breakfast, excellent spa, unfortunately very business traveller unfriendly gym opening times. Good rooms with excellent and modern bath. Nice touch is the bag in the room to carry your stuff to the spa.

I spent 3 days here, as part of a company's workshop. I was placed in the old part of the hotel, the room was quite old. The furniture was very old and ugly, but the bathroom was very nice. Anyway, you don't go there to spend your time in the room. The SPA was fabulous. It had everything. I loved the sauna and the amazing, breath taking view. Food was ok, nothing special. The dinner in the first evening was absolutely fantastic. Per total, i loved the place definitely recommend it.

Dear Mrs. Andreea, thank you so much for your recommendation. I am very sorry that you didn´t like our classic rooms. If you consider coming again, I recommend to book a design room. Those rooms were renovated in 2012 and are equipped with modern furniture and are very harmonious. It is great that you liked our spa and the Styrian landscape. I hope to see you again and wish you a pleasant autumn. Kind regards, THERMENHOTEL STOISER Daniela Brandl
