Friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean hotel. Location is next to a highway but in a quiet and secure place. Staff and management are there to help make the stay pleasant and trouble free as much as possible.

Fortunately I'm used to staying in Ibis hotels, and I carry my own power extension cord and 4 power outlets, because, like most Ibis hotels, also this one suffers from a lack of power outlets. There's one in the bathroom (for your shaver) and one in the room (nearly 3m from the bed). Unfortunately, no power outlets next to the bed.
You don't hear the motorway, which is good. Noise from adjacent rooms is filtered less well. Also, free parking is available.
Sleeping comfort is ok, TV screen is a bit small, but ok.
Friendly staff !
Breakfast is ok (no warm food), no separate bar (seats in the lobby)

Excellent stay. The room was clean, neat and we'll provisioned with bathroom toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the shower is larger than normal hotel showers. The staff were friendly and professional speaking English and willing to help as required. The breakfast is a wholesome continental type and the staff member renewed items as soon as they were eaten. Overall a great stay.

We stayed here last year the same time and although it was not perfect, one always gives the benefit of doubt to that it will improve the next time you decide to go back. Unfortunate this is not the case.

This hotel on the outside looks beautiful and the reception area is clean, lacks in so much ways.

The house keeping staff are very friendly and helpful, one can see that they are over run and this starts to show in the rooms final touches.

The shampoo and hand wash where both not refilled, which is not a problem if you travel with your own. Towels need a replacement batch as they are now tired and over used as they are now tatty.

The shower design is appalling!!!!!!!!!! Due to the design of the corner, it allows dirt and grim to accumulate behind and once you in the shower and turn on the sprayer head, then OMG hair and gunk wash out over your feet. Never have I been more disgusted! I reported this the the gentleman on duty last visit and this visit and seems nothing was and will be done.

The room stank of fumes and the air con does not work and after the second day of nose bleeds (reported it the first day and was told that they could do nothing to the heat in the room) due to this at 2 am we had to ask to have it sorted, the receptionist came to the room and pressed the air con button repeated ly and confirmed it was broken. After an 30minute wait we were moved to another smaller room that at least till the morning. Needless to say we checked out very tired and unhappy.

This was not only our problem as we where a group of friends and another couple has also had to move to a different room due to the heat and smell.

Over all a very unhappy experience 2 years in a row.
Will look hard and long before booking here again.

Room smelled like sewage. Walls next to the bed are covered in Crazy Unpleasant Marks. Saw a half-naked woman and man laying in a car in the parking lot, that was interesting. Wildly expensive for what you get. Overall, worst hotel in terms of price-value. Staff was friendly.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel last night, 3 June 2022. The staff were very friendly and obliging. There was ample free parking. The hotel itself was very clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and large, plenty of space within the rooms, everything well thought out. The bathroom had a lovely large walk in shower. Although we stayed room only, there was an adjoining Starbucks, Burger King and a café to purchase breakfast.

I shall certainly stop there again, well recommended.

The location in on the highway so not suitable for travelers without a car
We needed to wait 15 minutes for a taxi to Lauven and no Uber is available around.
The “welcome” at reception when checking in is the necessity to pay in advance.
The shower had flooded the bathroom, the WiFi didn’t work well, the elevator was stuck and the room doesn’t have a hair dryer.
You need to go down to reception if you want
one.
The bed is comfortable
The windows are not opening.
The staff was trying to help and assist as much as they can but the Facility is not in a such
good shape.

I will be honest - I only booked here because a lot of accomodation in Leuven itself was already booked and I was not per se looking forward to staying in a hotel just off the motorway. But my expectations were so wrong! The hotel itself is not a standard and although has the basis same rooms as any ibis hotel, the room is bigger than I have been used to from Ibis. The staff was really friendly and helpful. No noise from the motorway coming through. The Breakfast in the seperate restaurant was good enough, with great coffee. At 75 per room per night, great value for money, with free parking. What we also found is that is was an easy place to explore the area from, hop in the car and you are in Leuven, or Brussels or Aarschot - we really had a great stay!

There is no feeling like driving on a freeway with no prospect of finding a hotel for the nite. We eventually found a rest stop sign with a bed on it. We needed help but eventually got across the freeway to this hotel.

This was a regular Ibis with a full double bed with comforter. There was a table and WIFI. The heat was not fast to warm up but did so eventually. The room had a wooden floor, a large window from which we watched male travelers urinate on the grass, and was connected to a restaurant--a fast food type operation. The bath was clean and the towels were good.

We had a key that was used to swipe the door and turn on the electricity.

One of our best nights so far.
