We stayed here for 3 nights during a recent tour of Brittany. The hotel is situated just next to the port and so has picturesque views of the boats! Unfortunately there is renovation work going on at the moment and so the traffic tends to pile up just in front of the hotel. It was also not as quiet as...

This was the fourth in a series of hotels booked for a road trip throughout Normandy and Brittany. All hotels chosen were researched on TripAdvisor and chosen based on our own criteria and following the advice and guidance of other travelers like ourselves . This hotel was a delight on first sight . Easy to locate . We were able...

Lovely hotel with wonderful, friendly and attentive staff. The set menus were fabulous and our two nights were a revelation. The only problem was not the fault of the hotel but some rather noisy building works going on outside. The atmosphere was exceedingly pleasant, the cheerful and good humoured staff making this an exceptional stay. And just to reiterate, our...

The location on the harbour front at Audierne is good and the rooms with harbour views are fine. The problem is the reconstruction work going on at the quays. Work starts are 6am and the pile drivers being used exceedingly noisy. Parking is difficult and the locals use the area in front of the hotel as a turning circle which...

Superb view of the port in central Audierne. Meals served on the terrace or in the beautifully decorated dining room. The choices were many: innovative, artistically presented and delicious. The service was perfect: the staff, friendly, attentive and efficient. We did not spend the night, but I would imagine that the hotel would be of the highest quality.

We had a long weekend exploring Brittany and had only planned a hotel for the first night. We came across Audierne and decided it was a nice place to be. There didn't seem to be a vast choice of places to stay but as Le Goyen was central we went in to enquire. The lady at the desk could not...

very nice view on the port. The room was clean. If people on other balcons is smoking you have smoke in your room if window is open. Thin curtains would be nice. Non synthetic blankets would be more comfortael. Very large breakfast. Staff in the dining restaurant was affectet, high priced.

Had a one night stay here at the end of April 2016. Rooms have been nicely updated with great new bathrooms and good beds. Features a good number of pillows which is not that common in France. Best part though is the restaurant which is excellent. 3 menu options across a range of prices. Fantastic fish - I had the...

When you stay at a hotel in France, you're never quite sure what you're going to get. The decor may be eccentric, the shower curtain may be missing, the towels may be on the small side, the bed may be uncomfortable or perhaps there's a bolster instead of a pillow! Well Le Goyen didn't suffer from any of these deficiencies....
