Travelling from Paris to Rouen with a stop to see Monet's gardens. Staying in Vernon was the best option.

They do have an underground car park for which you have to pay extra, not sure how much but you could ask them. We parked in the square adjacent to the hotel but some other people staying there did use the underground car... More

Yes there is, down a side street and the a huge garage which is locked . So drop off luggage before hand. Public car,park opposite which you can use. Maybe best to book a place in the garage when booking room, just incase.
