The H4 Hotel Hannover Laatzen has now become our main hotel in Hannover. The consistently high level convinced us. All employees are extremely friendly throughout, which is definitely not common to this extent. The rooms are very tastefully decorated, have everything you need, including mineral water (free) and are absolutely perfectly cleaned. For us, the highlight is the breakfast buffet with its incredibly nice staff. There is really a great atmosphere and you also get the feeling that the staff has good contact with each other. Interestingly, however, there are really people who have something to complain about: We observed a man who got up with a grim look to photograph a table that had not been cleared within seconds. Surely the days will come a bad review on the net. Dear staff of the breakfast restaurant, don't let such people annoy you! We are already looking forward to the next stay in January!

We stayed two nights and chose the hotel based on previous stays here. The hotel is large and modern and is situated in the Exhibition Area with very good access to the Autobahn. The hotel is clean and has a good range of services. The location on the outskirts of Hanover does not prevent you from being in the city in half an hour by subway (5-10 minutes walk away). The wellness area is fine. Breakfast was very good. All in all, I would recommend it.

We stayed at the H4 Hotel Hannover Messe for an event in the ZAG Arena. The hotel impressed us in every respect. There is free parking around the hotel and the ZAG Arena can be reached in about 15-20 minutes on foot. The hotel is in top condition for a German 4-star hotel. Everything is well maintained and exudes a touch of luxury. As expected, the rooms are great and very well soundproofed. The highlight for us was the exceptionally good breakfast. There was everything you could imagine on a German breakfast buffet and everything was of very high quality. What surprised us most: You could have egg dishes and crepes freshly prepared at a live cooking station. For us as foodies, one of the best breakfast buffets in Germany.
It was very busy on Sunday morning and the service couldn't keep up with the clearing and re-setting, but this point doesn't lead to a lower rating for us. We will come back.

Room, service, staff, breakfast, everything was great. I'd be happy to come back. The location between the trade fair and the old Expo site is great for trade fair visitors. The connection to the city center is also good. Even though my room was right next to the elevators, it was absolutely quiet. I'd be happy to come back.

A hotel outside the center, but the Altstad is easily accessible by tram, a 5-minute walk away. Across the street from the hotel is a large shopping center with a large car park where you can park for free.
