Great for walkers
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Stayed at the Villa for four nights on the advice of another former guest. Overall, it was a good stay.
Rooms are great size with really charming decor and cave-like feel, the kitchenette was so helpful too for groceries and supplies.
Patio for each room and washing lines are great too. Just a nice spot to hang out and enjoy the views over the water.
Host is so nice and helpful and responsive by text too.
A few things to note:
I stayed in the budget studio and the room was very damp and humid. The small fan in the bathroom didn’t do a lot to dissipate it either.
WiFi is pretty reliable but definitely dropped easily.
There are 1-2 reserved parking spots for guests on the street at the top of the hotel but check with the host if they’re in use.
The hotel is located on a steep staircase so if you have mobility issues, be aware. With luggage and even in good health. It was taxing after awhile.
Overall, I would recommend this and likely stay again if there can be better ventilation for the humidity issue.

We stayed 4 nights at Villa Isabella in September and absolutely loved it. We were greeted by Johanna who was always willing to help and gave great restaurant suggestions in Naoussa (there are many very good options in Naoussa) as well as activities to do on Paros and Antiparos. The Villa is a 5 minute walking distance to the port of Naoussa which comes to life at night with its many restaurants, bars and boutiques. The room was charming, well decorated, comfortable and had a wonderful terrace where we sat most evenings enjoying pre-dinner drinks watching amazing sunsets before walking to Naoussa for dinner. What can I say about this beautiful little piece of paradise.
Johanna and Isabella are two very special women. My mum and I travelled together and stayed here for 4 nights. They treated us with such kindness and care.
The villas are lovely, a nice size, well set out and the location and views are beautiful. We felt very safe and they even arranged for us a private pick up from the airport and return.
We enjoyed watching the sunset each night and then making the short 5 - 10min walk into town. Johanna gave great recommendations and everywhere we ate offered great food. We did some lovely shopping while in Paros and just enjoyed some down time lounging around on balcony/deck.
They even supplied us with a drying laundry rack. After travelling for 3 weeks is was nice to wash our clothes and hang them in the sun to dry.

We were treated like we were old friends! We arrived via a private transfer that we had asked the hotel to arrange. We were arriving via seajet, and are glad that we booked the private transfer. I think we paid 40 euros and we split that with our friends. This Villa is located in Noussa and was approximately 20 to 25 minutes from the port where we arrived. Our friends and us loved our rooms, very unique and pretty and well taken care of. Once we got settled we were asked if we wanted the breakfast that they offer at 7 euro each and we did. It was amazing and glad we had it… just try it, so good. Our host gave us suggestions on things to do and places we can check out. The beach is just down the hill and a 5 minute walk. To get to the beautiful town of noussa from the Villa is also a 5 minute walk . No need for a car. We were only in Paros for 1 night but 2 days, so if you stay longer maybe rent a car or atv. We loved it and wish we could have stayed longer. The town of Noussa is beautiful and lots of great restaurants . We took one of the boat rides to other beaches and I think it was 10 euros return.

A great location with fantastic views of the sea, the town a 10 min walk and 15 mins to the bus stop. There is also a mini mart just across from the villa. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated and the terrace was terrific for relaxing with an afternoon drink. Breakfast was plentiful and very good, also served on the terrace. Johanna was an excellent host and we had a simply wonderful conversation with Isabella as we were leaving. With luggage, you might want to take a taxi from the bus stop as there are a lot of stairs to get to the villa.

We had an amazing time here at Villa Isabella. My husband and I got the bigger apartment for 4 just for us to enjoy the private terrace. I have to say it was super nice to have two bathrooms, one each! The rooms were spotless, so was the terrace, so clean. The attention to details Johanna and Isabella have is incredible! Also, they’re super nice and friendly you almost feel like you’re with family. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Naoussa is just a short walk from the villa (5min) yet the location is very quiet and you don’t hear anything from the inside. Parking is easy, right in front of the villa on the street. Breakfast is really good, I recommend it. We’ll definitely stay here again next time in Paros! Thanks for the awesome hospitality!

If you want to stay in Paros, I can only recommend booking a room in Villa Isabella. The beach is a few stairs away and many nice other beaches are not far. Around the corner you can rent scooters or quads for 20-30€ a day and explore the island. Johanna is a very nice host who really looks after you and gives good recommendations, helps reserve tables at restaurants and event printed some files for us. The cute breakfast every morning was a highlight.

I’m very glad we came back to villa Isabella for the second time after 6 years. Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The deluxe studio sea view is truly magical, with a breathtaking private balcony with sea view. Everything was very clean, beautifully designed, and it’s a 3 minute walk to the centre of naoussa. Ioanna was very communicative throughout and the booking process was seamless. I would highly suggest you book directly from them.
Overall it was a great experience and if you are looking to book, look no further you will love it.

Villa Isabella was a recommendation and it was clearly a great one! It‘s conveniently located in a quiet residential area 5 Min by walking from the city center. There are direct stairs down to a nice little beach. Top sea view from the terrace of your room. Very tastefully decorated and well maintained and clean room. A tasteful continental breakfast is served for 7 EUR. The best is really the owner family, specifically Isabella and her daughter Johanna. They know why they are in the hospitality business: Super friendly and efficient service putting even some top hotels at shame. I‘ll certainly come again! Many thanks!

As an avid global tourist and having travelled to Naoussa 5 times previously over the last 15 years, and for someone who usually visits 5 Star hotels and can say this was one of the most pleasant stays I have ever encounted on a Greek island. Lets get this straight, this is not 5 Star hotel and does not proclaim to be one. However what it lacks in stars it makes in location, facilities and hospitality in its proper sense. Isabella and her daughter Johanna were both amazing hosts. From the freshly brewed coffee in the mornings and the extra fresh Figs (thank you so much) set the tone for a a great day ahead.
I highly recommend you review these suites and studios and if you have any questions you can contact Johanna (who speaks perfect english) and will answer any of questions.
Cant wait for my next visit :-)

Parking is very limited...we rented a car and crossed our fingers hoping there would be a place to park every day when we returned to the hotel after being out and about all day! You basically have to park on the very narrow little street in front of the hotel. Don't let that deter you from renting a car though..or from staying at Villa Isabella!
There are more places to choose from in the Naoussa area.
