This hotel made our holiday - I can't say enough good things about it! First of all, Daniele is lovely - he is so warm, charming, and the perfect host. He has such an eye for detail and is always aiming to please his guests - we saw him up first thing at breakfast and serving the last guest their...

We have just spent a perfect week at this lovely family run Masseria. Incredibly relaxing, a really lovely room, the perfect mix of modern comfort and simple rustic chic, fabulous food - fresh, delicious and beautifully presented: we ate in 5 nights out of 7, and well priced local wines. Daniele was an engaging host, good-humoured and humorous, nothing was...

Perfect Masseria for our family stay. We had a great time and thank you to Daniele for his help and warm hospitality. The rabbits and chickens were a great addition to keep our son amused for hours. Room was excellent as was the food and service.

Very comfortable and welcoming place. Nice people, excellent food, beautiful facilities. Quiet at night ( no barking dogs or traffic like so often found in Italy ). Owners take excellent care of you and have lots of advice on what to do and see. Just a few km from a major town with a beautiful historic center, and 20 minutes...

The facilities at Masseria Salinola are utterly charming and very nice. It is a family-run operation, and every detail shows careful loving attention. Daniele is all over the place, apparently handling personally or overseeing every aspect of the operation, with the exception of the kitchen, which is run by his mother. And the property is quiet. The dinners served at...

The Masseria Salinola in Ostuni was an excellent stay; hospitable and friendly management, great breakfast... and a beautifully appointed room. It is in proximity to many a good sight in the heel of Italy, so day trips are no issue. If you appreciate old olive trees then the ones in this region are striking examples of monumentally old ones! Definitely...

We stayed in Room 5 and were warmly welcomed at 11pm on a cold February evening after a late flight. Our host Daniel had lit the fire and provided a selection of local cheeses and prosciutto, fresh bread and a bottle of lovely red wine. We could not have chosen a nicer place to stay, ideal for visiting Puglia's many...

As you walk through the gate you feel the magic of the setting. Soft lights everywhere, that enhance the splendour of this wisely restored ancient structure. In daylight, you get to appreciate the care and love put into restoring it. Warm yet discreet hospitality, lavish breakfast, delicious homemade products of great quality. Incredible attention to detail in the furnishing of...
