Casale Il Caggio was a wonderful experience, we are so glad we found it. Gabriella and Paolo were so welcoming and warm. The food Gabriella cooks is the most delicious and authentic food we had on trip which included venice, rome, florence and almafi coast so we ate everywhere. The farmhouse is very charming and the grounds are beautiful. We loved cooling...

I've stayed at several Airbnb listings but this one is exceptional. After a very long, hard day of traveling and all going wrong...they welcomed us with smiles, a bottle of wine, and the most incredible dinner we had in Italy. I cannot say enough about the hosts. We were left stranded at the train station because there were no more...

Casale Il Caggio was our final stop on a little trio of italian destinations and was by far and away the perfect way to round off our trip. Location The location is beautiful (if not a little tricky to find if driving). The farm has plenty of space with a good sized garden plus a little orchard on one side,...

We had a wonderful stay at peaceful, serene Casale il Caggio! It's a little hard to find from the Autostrada, but after some trial and error driving on gravel roads around corn and sunflower fields, we finally found it. The room is in the typical Tuscan style and the grounds were fantastic. Paolo keeps sheep, goats, chickens, pigeons, and canaries,...

Felt like I stepped into the Garden of Eden- Their garden was big and sprawling and buzzing with life. My husband and I relaxed in the garden and also took walks around the farm area. I went swimming in their pool and it was wonderful to look up at the tuscan sky while in a salt water pool. Gabriellas food...

What more can I add to all the superlatives in the previous reviews. Paolo and Gabriella are wonderful hosts, we felt so comfortable. Their place is so beautiful, stunning gardens, breakfasts are delicious as was the dinner. Gabriella gave us good tips for where to go and the best routes to take. I wish we had a few more days...

What a wonderful week my wife and I spent with Paolo and Gabriella at their perfect Tuscan farm! Nothing but superlatives apply. Located in the middle of acres of farmland down a short gravel road just a few kilometers from the Autostrada near Monte San Savino is this great home base for daily visits to the hill towns in Tuscany...

We just returned from 3 nights at this perfect Tuscan farmhouse built in the mid 1500's. We were lucky enough to have the 2 rooms in the main building, right above the kitchen, so woke each morning to the smell of baked goods, which only hinted at the amazing feast awaiting us downstairs. The farm is very well located, within...
