breakfast is served as a buffet help yourself style. There is a huge variety on offer , the usual continental style with meats cheeses pastries , breads etc.... then a hot cooked breakfast bacon eggs sausages. There is an omelette chef and someone making hot pancakes , you can select what you want in them and they're made to order whilst you wait. It can be a little chaotic in the dining room at later times. When I was there over Christmas the breakfast service was from 7.30 to 10.30. The later you went down the busier it was. I preferred to go earlier where it was less busier and easier to negotiate the plethora of choices. A good selection and you'd be hard pressed not to find something to your liking.
