A very good hotel but needs care and attention to terrace balustrades and some paving as some paths have trip hazards, there is a lift to the restaurant, if you can find it. Good parking. Access to the beach is via an external staircase and path down a steep cliff. No instructions given re Keys to gates etc. Swim caps...

One of the best Paradors for service and country location. The site looks West over the Atlantic Ocean from the top of sandstone cliffs sculpted by wind and water. A choice of outdoor and indoor pools, as well as lawns with open and sheltered seating, means you can always be comfortable. We went in February and some people were swimming...

The Parador de Mazagon is a unique resort located in the incredible surroundings of the Donana, a spectacular Parque Natural with mire than 1000 km² of Dunes, forests and an incredible wild life of deer, birds (flamingos, imperadores, ...), wild boar. The Parador offers direct access to 30km of beach, lots of sunshine and nice amenities like a large pool,...

Good welcome. Staff were friendly. Fantastic seafood. Breakfasts OK but a bit dull with not so much choice as other Paradores. Good location near good wildlife and lovely beach. Room was supposed to be superior but was rather ordinary.

Hotel is a bit tired but it's location is fantastic and it was easy to find. Bar service was disappointingly slow. Restaurant food was good and service, eventually, OK. I would go again just because of the location.

We stayed for 8 nights in October. The location is fantastic and the rooms very decent. Staff, particularly in the restaurant, could not do enough for us, great restaurant team headed up by Joaquin who treated us with great care and attention. Thank-you everyone!

Interesting remote location with superb sea cliffs and panarama. After a huge set of stairs to traverse the cliffs, wow what a backdrop at sunset. Room was comfortable. Lovely balcony and pretty view. Dinner was good, but not great. Wine list and service lovely. Very relaxing and peaceful.

It says much for an hotel when suggestions made in previous years have been acted upon by the management; one such suggestion has resulted in the Jacuzzi in the suite now being safe to enter and exit! The reception staff are helpful, friendly and efficient, and one gets the impression that this is a 'listening' hotel. Rooms, both bedrooms and...

We have visited the Parador of Mazagon several times, but the last time was nearly ten years ago. It was good to find that it was still an excellent place to stay. The setting is lovely with beautiful gardens and buildings. It has a fine outdoor swimming pool. The food is good, Breakfast is not as extravagant as some parados,...
