This is a great all inclusive hotel situated just a 5 to 10 minute walk away from Santa Eulalia town centre. Food was excellent and varied. Drinks were always on tap and of good quality, though it does mention in the brochure that there are two bars, whereas there is only one. Also there is only one restuarant, with the al a carte facility being a cordoned off part of the same place.
Rooms were comfortable with a decent veranda, though I had to request a change of room initially as they originally had given me a room looking on to a car park with a very bleak sea view over the back courtyard. Customer beware, not all rooms are the same.
Fortunately it was just out of season and I had no problem securing another room.
General state of the hotel suggests it is getting a bit worn in places and hopefully it should be spruced up a bit over the winter months.
Entertainment was very good and varied.Staff were pleasant and very attentive.Great poolside area, though it might be a tad more congested at peak periods. Also, easy access to the local beach area.
Would not hesitate to go back

Went for half term, no kids running around, no ear shattering crying, no parentall aguments, what a fantastic week we had, weather was perfect, room fantastic over looking the sea & pool area (230), no mourning ritual of hunt the sun beds plenty available, staff were fantastic both bar & kitchen, towels changed every day, food was plentiful & varied but could do with being a bit hotter, will we be back next year you bet we will, really enjoyed it for a short relaxing break.

So relaxing, excellent location, easy walk to town or up the river. Very friendly staff, food very good, bit repetitive on the pudding side though. All in all a lovely relaxing holiday. Plan to go back soon.

Third visit to this excellent hotel. On arriving in late evening we were allocated our sea view room which turned out to be a part sea view overlooking a road - spoke to reception who said hotel was full that night but to speak again the following morning after some guests were checked out. We were then transferred to a full sea view room - excellent service. Nothing is too much for the staff who are always happy to assist - special mention to Felipe, Jesus and Carmen. Food and drink selection is good and no problem in getting sunbeds. Only downside - nothing to do with hotel - was the weather, only two decent days out of seven. Hope to return again next year when the sun shines.

The Titanic Bar around the corner has a cigarette machine, otherwise you will have to go to one of the tabacs in Santa Eulalia itself.

Yes, there is a small supermarket just outside the hotel, and two larger ones around the corner a short walk away. Here you will also find car hire places, and a great Spanish bar called the Titanic.
