Our second night on our trip round southern Spain led us to Manzanares. We stayed at the Parador which is on the outskirts of the town but is very comfortable. I walked into town but it was too far for my wife and she won't drive on the "wrong" side of the road and I wanted a drink so we...

Although we stayed only one night it was a nice experience. Very good 3 star Parador. Staff very friendly. Excellent breakfast and good dinner. It was very cold and foggy outside but the heating at the hotel was more than enough.

more or less in the middle of Spain but a parador with a great chef and staff. rooms are clean, well appointed, bar is good and well stocked, if not a little loud with locals having a good time! Excellent stop between Andalucía and Santander/Bilbao. Very easy access, comfortable rooms, very friendly staff. A nice alternative to the Parador of Almagro that we use as well. Excellent stop over for our journey to Santander, friendly staff in all areas,cleanliness to a very high standard in all the areas we that we used, would use the hotel again. Made to feel very welcome in general by all staff

Comfortable room handy for motorway but can have traffic noise. Very hand for touring area. The reception staff very helpful. Fruit juice at breakfast poor. No muesli on offer. Hairdryer in adequate in bathroom.

Comfortable rooms. Ask for room over looking playground, they are quieter from traffic. Staff very helpful especially at reception. Hair dryer on wall in bathroom inadequate. Fruit juice at breakfast poor quality. Excellent location for touring. Museum in Manzanares showing the dress designer Manuel Piña's clothes very interesting. Lovely, easy walking round the Lagunas de Ruidera. Several locations to see...

A warm and friendly welcome. Helpful on providing information of the aria and as if they are awaiting the guests. A nice room, good dinners and breakfasts were supplied by friendly, helpful people. We had a good stay in a comfortable environment.

This is our last night of a 7 day route and what a disappointment. The Parador is tired. It is nothing even similar to,the,Parador,experience. I feel,like we are in a cheap hotel travelling thur town on a journey to our next town. All that being said....the staff was lovely, especially the young man at the front desk. Dinner was better...

One mattress in our room should have been dumped years ago, long past its best. We were surprised and disappointed that management did not observe this. We ordered a meal in the bar from a nice waiter who gave us an English menu but he had great difficulty applying this to the Spanish menu resulting in the wrong meal being...
