It was the Semana Santa and we went there without a reservation.. everything was sold out! We found a quite huge double room in this small hotel in the heart of Ferrol!
For the big room we got it was very cheap! We had ensuite bathroom, not so modern but it's ok if you plan to stay out the most!
You can park near the hotel, no ticket needed! If you don't have special requirements, you found the right place to stay!

My wife and I stayed at Hostel La Frontera the night before we started the Camino Ingles. At the price we paid we could not have asked for anything more. The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable and the shower was one of the most powerful that I had every used.
We had a good nights sleep and a coffee in the morning before setting out on our walk. La Frontera is not the Ritz but it gives excellent value for money.

Perfect place to stay where I started my Camino Inglese walk. I was very impressed with the 'extras' available in the room including razor and flannel which, for a hostel, is more than I expected. This was one of the best places on the whole pilgrimage and started my walk perfectly.

Quite hospitable and simply majestic service.
The animal care is rigorously exceptional. Goats are allowed at the La Frontera hostel. Also, the service at every body go to the discotec is really fantastic. The drinks are 4 euros, one less in the Canary Islands. I have felt comfortable even though it is not August. The truth is that you are grateful for everything and for the chorizo of the padrón. The only bad thing is that the boat dock does not bounce. And last but not least, bomb Lugo. Until next time!!!!

Make a reservation to start the Camino De Santiago (English), two rooms for 4 people. For reasons beyond my control, “The Xunta de Galicia activates the ORANGE ALERT over that area, and given the impossibility of making the trip, the reservation is canceled four days before. The owner charges me the entire amount, with no possibility of refund.
Typical usurious people who don't care about the situation to make a profit.
Know that if you have a problem even if it is not your fault, you will pay the entire amount.
It has been the only one of 5 accommodations that has collected the money... all the others have canceled after the alert.
What it's like to be miserable!!!
You have to consider going to this type of accommodation

2 bedrooms.
The 107 with mold on the walls and the smell of mold was poorly cleaned; 504, 5th floor: new and clean but it was an attic.
You can't rest in this hotel…2 nights, 2 nights without sleeping. The first for the disputes in the nearby bar/pub, the second for unloading the bins and cleaning the street. However, the location is convenient. Close to clubs and the supermarket.

Buenas tardes Juanjo.
