The hotel has a spectacular location. Literally at the foot of the Mediterranean Sea. The beach is accessed directly from the Hotel.
The pool is fine, but it has a problem: the surrounding ground is very slippery. It is true that they always have a slippery ground warning sign on, but I think that is not the solution. I recommend going with your flip-flops on and leaving them by the pool when you get in.
The lifeguard is very nice.
As for the room, in our case it was a Junior Suite for 4 people. It was very spacious and had very good views. No objection.
With regard to meals, we hire Full Pension. The buffet was free, but as they call it, ASSISTED. What does this mean? There was a tape around the food displays, so that the customer could not approach the food, and there were waiters from whom you had to order what you wanted. Very nice people. Accommodations not so much. AC barely works in multple rooms that we occupied. They only have a cafeteria and food was average. I would not recommend at all. Lower your expectations. You cannot make any changes to your reservations, it's pay up front and if you want to leave early and go unto your next destination, you are out of luck.

I’ve been going to this hotel since 2019 and I’m only going to give it 3 stars because this year the bar service has been terrible. You ask for napkins, pretend they forget and don't know how to basically pour you a drink. The previous years the service was much better. Otherwise, I recommend this hotel.

The food is that bad I dont think anyone knows what the ingredients are. It is a food poisoning haven and it wouldn't happen in the UK so why are British holidaymakers subject to this profit making excuse for food that doesn't comply with basic food hygiene and acceptable standards.
