We are a small motel located in a small town that is full of charm, we are about 3 minutes away from Pete`s where you can get some of the best soft serve ice creams around, we are also located next to a small restaurant that is famous for its fantastic pie.. We are also in close proximity to lake Utopia, that has a great little beach so you can enjoy a nice afternoon of swimming, as well as New river beach if you prefer a nice swim in salt water and if you are interested in golf there is a small golf course located approximately 5 minutes away as well.

Older motel that has been reasonably updated. Well equipped rooms, large bathroom. Our room had kitchen area and large frig plus available bbq. Lady checking us in was very nice. Reasonable rates, close to highway but far enough away to have little noise. Totally good transit stop. Bonus: seafood restaurant (yummy) right next door.

After a long travel day, we were having trouble finding accommodations. Drove off first exit in Saint George and found this gem. Very friendly staff at check in. We had room #1. Clean, comfortable and stocked with toiletries. Coffee maker in room was great for morning. Restaurant next door was a bonus.

Highly recommend.

This was the first available motel we came across after crossing into Canada at St. Stephen, New Brunswick. From the exterior, it appeared to be relatively new. All of the wood trim inside and outside the motel was new, but after that, everything went down hill. Compared to the motels south of the border this was a complete NOTHING motel; NO fridge, NO microwave, NO toaster, NO chair to sit on at the computer, NO table lamps, NO telephone (second time in my life), NO hair drier, NO iron or ironing board, NO bedside clock, NO luggage stand, NOTHING on the walls, very poor WiFi, only 4 hooks on the wall to hang anything and an old style TV. The place appears to be almost brand new; however, the cost was higher than in the U.S., even taking the exchange into consideration. The room was huge as was the washroom, but it was filled with nothing and was illuminated by only three 40 watt lamps. In the morning, we had a chance to look into an adjacent room. We could see a fridge and a couple of chairs; however, there was no one in the office to which to complain. This was at best a $55 room; not the $100 plus tax that we paid.

We stayed at this motel, and the staff was very friendly and helpful! This is a basic no frills motel.! I thought that the motel owner was cheap to a fault. The left two wrapped pieces of soap for our use. The size of the soap was ridiculous, (two by two inches) The motel owner charged 84.00 Canadian for the room. I didn't really like the beds at all. They were not comfortable. In all fairness, the room was nice and clean. This is the kind of place to go, if your a hunter and want a good basic room with nothing special about it.

We stayed here on our trip to Cape Breton Island. It was all that was left in the area of St.Andrews. It was ok for one night. It was clean but drab. The restaurant next door was convenient and had fairly good food. The check in office doesn't open till 3:00 so don't show up before that or you'll be sitting in the parking lot.

If you are searching for a reasonably priced, clean motel for an over night stay this is the place. Our room was neat, clean and spacious. The WiFi was a little hard to connect to but it finally worked. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and would stop by again.

I made my reservation online based on the word "clean" ... That's what I like in a motel. It's not a hotel so I don't expect hotel service. Friendly service, wifi was strong, microwave, fridge, alarm clock were all here and the bed was firm but we had a good night sleep. Most importantly it was clean! Thanks, we will definitely come again if we are this way.

Needed a room for 1 night on an extended road trip, had spend the afternoon/suppertime in nearby (approx 30 mins away) St. Andrew's. Welcome at the front office was very friendly, and our room, while basic, was clean and comfortable. Glad there was laminate flooring instead of carpet. Couldn't get the TV to work quite right, however - so just watched Netflix on our computer instead. We were able to get to the restaurant next door for dessert (pie!) before they closed, and left early the next morning. The office was closed when we left, so we just put the key in the mailbox. No complaints for our short one-night stay on the road. Pricing was very reasonable compared to the more expensive St. Andrew's.
