We were pleasantly surprised, inn was in the boondocks. Room neat and clean. Priced very reasonably. Personel were polite And professional. Recommend this hotel best within 50 miles. Easy to locate, only bad thing I can say is limited only have two king suites.

We were traveling through the area and stayed one night at the Granite hotel. The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the variety offered at the continental breakfast. A good value, would stay here again.

We stayed at the Granite for two nights while exploring St Andrews. It was clean, housekeeping was wonderful and took pride in keeping the room well, and the people at the front desk were very helpful. Breakfast was so-so, first day had hard-boiled eggs which was nice but the second day they said they ran out, which was by 8:30...

Continental breakfast was decent with some selections. Lovely eating area. Staff very friendly and accommodating especially since we checked in very late. Room is dated and worn. Needs work. Could make the hotel into some special with renos.

Good value. There are not a lot of choices in the area so I was pleasantly surprised. We stopped at grocery store and bought snacks and salad and ate on the patio. The staff were very accommodating and provides wine glasses. I would stay here again. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

Room was large, bottom floor, parking was a pain as we had to park way around the back despite the fact we had a Handi Capped sticker. Management needs to get rid of the dust collecting plastic flowers which are everywhere ,even on the walls. Plastic mattress pads made the beds uncomfortable. Some mold in the tub area. Dining area...

We were traveling back to the US from riding the Cabot Trail and had planned on staying in Sussex, but were making good time so we kept going. We considered staying in St. John, but couldn't find anything we liked. I was afraid there wasn't anything near Calais, but TripAdvisor had the Granite Hotel in Saint George listed as a...

There aren't many lodging options in this neck of the woods, and the Granite Town Hotel meets the needs of the weary traveler...with some qualifiers. The rooms are clean, beds pretty comfortable, in room fridge, and the price is right. The included breakfast is basic, but mostly healthy fare. Now for the issues. The biggest one for my wife and...

We stayed here 3 nights. The town of St. George is tiny with beautiful rural picturesque surroundings. The hotel was clean, pretty, and the continental breakfast was really great. If you are ever in the St. George area I highly recommend this place.

If you are seeking a hotel en route to or from the US border crossing, don't drive by this accommodation jewel. From our arrival to our departure, my wife and I were delighted with the friendly service, the decor, the comfort, and the continental breakfast. The hotel is located on a quiet side road in beautiful surroundings. The grounds reflect...
