We had a mid week stay at the hotel and whilst we didn't use the Spa facilities, everything else was thoroughly enjoyable. The bar was lovely and spacious and didn't feel overcrowded (both at lunch and evening time) despite the hotel having functions on the same date. Dinner and breakfast were very laid back affair with a large offering of...

Me and a friend visited the bridge on Sunday 11th October for an over night spa break, after an awful 5 months of me losing my mum, gran and sister my friend took me away for some relaxation, could not fault this hotel and spa on absolutely anything it was fantastic, even fell asleep during my massage! Rusual mud was...

I would not usually waste time writing a bad review but felt on this occasion I didn't want other people to be disappointed like we were. I rang up prior to going to the hotel, to upgrade, and they upgraded us for an additional charge. We were upgraded to a mini 'suite' which was pretty much a bedroom with a...

Have eaten at The Bridge many times and chose it for our Golden Wedding Celebration because of it's location, super food and superb layout all round. The staff and food were excellent and we couldn't have asked for anything more. We had 60 guests and all were extremely impressed.

Managed to get a deal for a spa day and 2 course lunch so visited with 2 friends. On arrival we had a carvery lunch in the restaurant which was delicious and the staff were very attentive. We then had the afternoon in the spa; towels, robes and flip flops were provided. Loved both saunas, steam room, foot spa and...

This was a return visit and my review previously still stands - this is one of the best hotel choices around Wetherby. Modern rooms, small gym, excellent breakfast, spa. Nice bar with excellent range of whisky. I was given an upgrade to a suite and it was a superb room.

Great living social offer but would have been disappointed to pay full price. When we arrived we were promptly signed in given a towel, robes and flip flops and then shown around the spa. I was with my husband and we had booked as a treat and some down time we both headed to our changing rooms which on entering were...

Many thanks for your comments; whilst we respect your views; I am not quite sure you have given a fully balanced review of your stay. Our spa is small but exclusive with a maxium of 15 guests using it at any one time; very occaionally there maybe a little conjestion in one area. However with foot spas; hot tub; plunge...

The hotel is aesthetically pleasing and well presented, I can see the appeal for weddings and relaxing spa treatments. The rooms are about average for a four star hotel, albeit the beds are two singles pushed together and a very obvious ridge is felt in the middle. I had rooms downstairs and the showers were excellent but colleagues upstairs complained...

Checkin and out was ok, efficent but not particularly friendly. This seemed to be the case with most of the staff in that whilst waiting (bar, breakfast, reception) no one did more than was necessary resulting in additional waiting. I think the Breakfast mantra is.. If you have have had breakfast, don't waiter anymore on those tables = meaning getting...
