We stayed at Ingudlane for four nights. This was our first visit to South Africa and Ingudlane was a brilliant introduction to the country. A fantastic lodge and the manager Jason made every effort to ensure we had a perfect stay. Chalet was very clean, spacious and well furnished (although note lifts/driving is required to the main lodge as chalets...

What a wonderful day. Thanks to Biggie, our tour guide who took us on a Game Drive. His interaction was funny, comfortable and very informative. He answered all our questions without hesitation and in exceptional detail and went the extra mile to ensure we had a good view of the Wildlife. There are no words I can use to explain...

We made a booking for a dinner whilst we were staying with my Brother and his Wife. We were greeted by Jason the Manager when we arrived. The attention to detail was fantastic and service great. Our food was excellent and the overall experience was awesome.

The lodge is situated in a game reserve just outside Dundee and several species can be seen wandering around. We have not stayed in the hotel chalets which are adjacent to the main lodge but have eaten in the a la carte restaurant many times. The lodge is clean, the managers are friendly, the setting is upmarket, the food and...

I enjoyed my short stay.Food was tasty. When I arrived it was already dark,I was accompanied to my room. This gesture made me comfortable. I was 'worried' when I saw the warning about snakes ,but I did not see one.!!!

One of Northern KZN's best kept secrets. Stunning place with awesome views. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and very welcoming . Perfect getaway and ideal stop over in the Umzinyathi district . Enjoyed the cosy warm boma fires in the lounge while having dinner. The Ingundlane Escargots that my partner ordered which were in blue cheese rank as...

Not worth the price per night as breakfast was cold and felt discriminated against as a nin smoker as we could not sit outdoirs and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. Game drive was well worth the time and cost and the guide was exceptional

My usual 3 star establishment was fully booked in Dundee so had heard great things of Ingudlane & gave it a try! Had the most amazing experience right outside my room door ( 4 Leopard Tree ) where a Nyala gave to one young! The room was superb with a huge bed and DSTV which is a must for me!...

On check-in, we were advised that the chalet had been struck by lightning the day prior. The result was a noisy generator... but hey, stuff happens. No big deal. But then we found that the fans didn't work and neither did the hot water in both bathrooms. Management was fast to respond, and fixed the problem. However, the next morning...

Great rooms, lovely decor, stunning views. Only drawback is rooms are quite hot, so aircon could be an advantage and/or fan in the lounge. Pool wasn't cleaned while we were there so was quite dirty. Otherwise a lovely place to stay.
