This place was absolutely disgusting! Filthy, run down and shabby rooms. Sheets were dirty and stained. Pillows were brown and easily a few years old. No hot water. Apparently had wifi but non existent. Next to a busy main road and no sleep at all. This is not a resort and would strongly caution any traveler staying here. Unfortunately paid... More

We had problems finding a place to stay in Unawatuna as everywhere was very busy, but we got a room here on the condition that we would stay 2 nights. Luckily we had not paid upfront. The room was gloomy and depressing, not one you would want to spend much conscious time in. The poorly maintained bathroom was clean, to... More

I stayed at this hotel in January 2014. The owner and all the staff were very helpful and took care of me and my friend very well. The room was big and very clean, there was a big, new moskito nest, what was very important for me... The breakfast and the dinner were delicious and served very quickly. The only... More

I stayed at this hotel last December and had a pleasant time. the staff were very nice and the balcony overlooked the sea and overall the room was pretty clean and tidy. Not luxurious but you cant expect more than that for just $40 with breakfast I suppose. I would definitely stay here next year as well. It's good to... More

My wife and I originally planned on staying here for 3 nights but within 30 minutes of being here we knew right away that we would be finding another place to stay. The room was filthy when we arrived and there were no other rooms available and later in the night we would discover why. There was mold all over... More

Have stayed here many times during my travels to Sri Lanka. A quiet little place just meters from the beach. Great, clean rooms, excellent service. Meals are always delicious, and the owner Mr Goonawardena is always a pleasure to talk to! Will definitely recommend for an enjoyable experience.
