The room had a view to the sea in the old wing, we spent lots of time on the balcony, great location and view. The staff was very friendly and helpful: from breakfast options to treating sunburns and digestive problems. Our special thanks to you! Service on the beach area was also fantastic.

I decided we would try this for lunch. It has a great location on the shore but part has a stone floor so you do not sink into the sand. Table unstable but chairs comfortable. Menus produced and it felt like a race to take our order. Menu makes no mention of beer but later saw others served with beer?...

We got a room on the 3rd floor with a balcony in the old wing. It has very high ceilings which was quite nice and a balcony facing the beach which was also nice. The room was clean, very spacious, very good aircon, and comfy beds. The bathroom was also ok. Nothing fancy about the room, has a bit of...

Very good location close to the beach! However the closeness had the effect of not being able to sleep some nights (for us Sundays and sometimes Saturdays in Jan) as the beach restaurants have their weekly parties. Seems like the beach-dogs also were partying all night and fighting just outside the hotell, barking a lot. Several of the staff is...

After booking from Australia for 3 rooms with twin beds for a boys surfing trip we've arrived to find they only have 3 rooms with doubles - despite many emails confirming our requirements. Now looking for somewhere else to stay! Very frustrating and disappointing!!

Stayed only one night in the Neptune. The room was big and had a balcony facing the sea. Breakfast rather boring with juice concentrate and few fruits. The hotel's restaurant is across the street and I had lovely fresh prawns for dinner and a tasty omelette for lunch. Everbody working at the hotel provided very good service and always with...

I am writing this this review as I have a genuine concern for children who stay at this hotel for the following reasons and these need to be rectified before a terrible accident happens: - there was a plug socket in the shower - there were rusty bolts sticking out of the side of the swimming pool - the swimming...

We definitely did not enjoy there. First of all there is no internet connection unless you stand next to the router( in our case was very important as we had to work a bit during our travels) plus nowadays wifi it's a standard in hotels like this one. I must say ,it was quite dirty , especially the bathroom( this...

Stayed here with a big group of colleagues. Breakfast buffet is decent. The coffee was terrible. Lots of fruit available, good scrambled eggs and bacon. Lots of white bread toast. Room was nice, spacious with cool old hardwood floors and a mediocre balcony that looks over the road to the beach. Service was fine, wifi ok, good value for the...
