We stayed here for 3 nights and since it was low season received a free upgrade which was very nice. The room was clean, quiet at night, lots of space, private bathroom with hot shower and good WiFi. Very close to town (5 min. walk). Overall a great and affordable place and EXCELLENT service. Andres was very helpful, he helped...

So much so that we even stayed in on a friday night to enjoy some R&R. Andres is a super cool guy that was super helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was...

We arrived and was greated by Andres the hostel manager and from there we proceded to book all of our excursions right there at his desk. It was the easiet and best experience we have...

We stayed at Tina's Casitas after reading the great reviews online, and we were not disappointed. The cabins themselves are brilliant, you really feel as though you are staying with the locals rather than in a sterile hotel. They are super clean and comfortable and although basic provide you with everything that you would need during your stay. The breakfasts...

The customer service was phenomenal--we arrived late but the owner left his number and came and checked us in at midnight. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable in setting up our sightseeing trips, which was particularly useful since we were only there for a couple of days. The hotel itself is very nice and relaxing and the breakfast good....

We stayed here for 3 nights but wished that we had stayed somewhere else. The good news here was that Andres is extremely knowledgeable and helpful regarding activities in the area. The things that we didn't like were- Our room was hot and there was no fan. There were mosquitos in the room and we received several bites. The sheets...

Hello Dear customer. Thank you for your comments. we really appreciate your input. This is the first year we have problems with mosquito bites, and it's because of climate changes. Last 3 months were the hosttest we've had and I have been in this area for more than 20 years. Right now we are working on putting screens in the...

My partner and I stayed here for three nights last week. The ´cabinas´are a short walk from the centre of Santa Elena down a rough path, so you´re a little "out of town" but the whole place is so small it doesn´t matter at all Andrés runs the place and was super-helpful from the start in terms of booking trips...

We stayed in standart room for only 2 nights. the room was very clean, but located not far from the road, so it was a little noisy during the daytime. but it wasnt a problem for us. For breakfast there were fruits and toasts. Staff was very very friendly. Free wi-fi access in cabinas was very important for us.
