To me, this is the most aestehetical 3-star hotel in Crete, with an elegant architectural conception, nicely furnished rooms, elegant halls. The breakfast is excellent, the rooms - very clean (bathrooms are well equipped and have a hairdryer), the pool - situated in a large...More

The hotel entrance is on the right side of the hotel and you can use the wheelchair to go in. Our room was on the ground floor but we had like 5-6 steps (small stairway) to reach it. It is just a few steps but not accessible by wheelchair. You would have to bring it up and down. If a person can walk a short distance (10-15m) then it would not be problem.
Regarding the swimming pool area, it is behind the hotel, so you have to go out of the building and go around the hotel. Luckily for us, our balcony was facing the swimming pool area so we just went over the balcony fence and there we were.
Hope I did not confuse you :)
Great place and I am sure they would think of something to help you.
All the best
