We stayed here for one night and it is in need of a lot of care and attention, the room was old and showed its age, from the bed to the decor to the bathroom. It was a let down overall apart from the food and the staff who were so nice. I cannot bring myself to recommend this hotel...

We had our wedding here. We bought a package deal and couldn't believe how easy the staff of this hotel made it for us. All our guests where catered for and looked after. The staff where superb. The fool was fantastic. I couldn't rate this place highly enough.

We stayed here for one night as we were attending a wedding at the nearby (much nicer) Trim Castle Hotel. We would not return to the Castle Arch Hotel, in our opinion the only thing this hotel has going for it is it's very pleasant and attentive staff. The rooms are old and in need of more than a makeover....

Nice place to stay friendly staff. Room's not as clean as they could be the window's were filthy and we were kept awake by faulty guttering . This was a last minute booking as we let down by the property we had booked and staff were very helpful to accommodate us.

Carpet, curtains and a lick of paint would go a long way!.it was not so bad as we we're on a deal and got it cheap enough but I would have been really disappointed if...
