We spent a week at Villa Tina- it wasn't near long enough! The location is perfect- very conveniently located to a grocery store and a short distance outside of the main part of Santa Maria di Castellabte. The house and grounds are impeccably kept by Tina, who we saw every morning watering and tending to the garden. It is the most lush and serene place... lemon, lime and orange trees all around the pool, surrounded by vineyards and flowers of every color. The pool was amazing- we couldn't get the kids out of it, especially with the diving board! Tina did not speak english but showed her affection by leaving our family a bowl of white figs from her personal garden.
On arrival there were a couple issues that needed assistance and Federica, the property manager responded very quickly and fixed both concerns immediately.
My family hopes to return to this beautiful utopia one day soon!

We loved the authentic ancient decoration. Rooms maybe a little small, but with all amenities and a well working air condition. Very attentive and helpful staff. Just cross the street to go to the beach. All shops , bars, restaurants just footsteps away.

We stayed there with some family members and the Villa Tina was perfect for the family. It's a 5 bedroom Villa with plenty of room. It also has a laundry room, and several outside terrace areas to eat outside. The location was great for walking to the city area and beach. The Villa is in the middle of an orchard of orange trees, lemon trees, lime trees, olive trees. There's a pool also in the area. You can see the sea from the upstairs balcony. There's also a security gate so we felt very safe and the family that owns the villa also lives nearby. It took us a day or two to get used to the Italian bed mattresses, but we slept fine. Frederica and Tina were wonderful people and awesome hosts ! We even got the opportunity to help harvest olives. Would definitely come back again !

The property can accommodate two families comfortably, and maybe three. There is plenty of space and all the rooms have A/C. The kitchen is ample with a dishwasher and a microwave. The upper and lower galleries provide a cosy area to eat outside with a view. The basement is huge and has a ping-pong table, a table-football, and other indoor sport amenities. The hosts were amazingly kind, and we got eggs, oil and bottles of red & white wine that have been produced from the enchanted Villa's garden. The pool with 25x8 meters or so is beautiful and, definitively, the dominant attraction of the stay. Absolute privacy and safety for a relaxed stay. I hope to come back!!!
