We were welcomed by one of the owners, he was so sweet. He got Allesandra-who spoke fluent English and Italian. It was so nice to be able to communicate perfectly :) We are working on our Italian.. This hotel is right across from the water, you cannot get any closer. It has the best views by far! This town is...

We recently stayed here for a wedding. This is definitely off the beaten path and it was very relaxing. The rooms are clean and decorated in blue. We had a room with a balcony/table/chairs facing the ocean. It was breathtaking. The front desk staff were helpful in arranging transportation and room service for us. The food at the restaurant was...

As the Villa Sirio was carefully selected by our friends as the base for their wedding, my wife and I stayed there for 3 days/2 nights. Most rooms have unobstructed views of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Our room on the 1st floor had such a view along with floor-to-ceiling double balcony doors that opens to a terrace large enough to comfortably...

A magnificent hotel in a beautiful location, right on the seafront and five minutes’ walk to bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel exudes class and the décor is arty and totally in sync with the classic architecture. We discovered that the owner is an art enthusiast and the hotel is adorned with some excellent paintings. The staff were friendly and...

We stayed here for 4 nights in early October. The town and hotel were quiet but the weather still glorious. Rooms are exceptionally clean and the maid service is first class. We had a balcony overlooking the sea, looking out to see Capri in the distance. The sound of the sea is very soothing and we often slept with the...

This is a small family owned hotel where nothing seems too much trouble. The pace is gentle and you seem to fade into this way of life. We had planned all sorts of visits to surrounding areas and the "must see" places, but did none of these. This is not a 5 star luxury hotel, but a home in which...

This is the best hotel in town. Family owned hotel, staff very helpful and the owner, Andrea, would do anything to please you and make your stay a wonderful experience. The rooms are beautiful finished and the restaurant serves fresh and tasty local dishes. One not to be missed

Villa Sirio is definitely one of the nicest places in Santa Maria. The views are great, and they have their own platform on the water for sunbathing during the day, and dinner at night. The staff was super friendly and accomodating, and the rooms were clean, with some of the coldest AC we experienced in Italy. The town itself was...

Our family of four (parents and two teenagers) stayed here for two nights in August. The location is perfect--close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The staff here is fabulous. When we arrived at 3 p.m. and tried to find a place for lunch, all the restaurants were closed. When we explained our predicament to a member of the hotel...

It was our fist visit to Villa Sirio and Castellabate. All the staff were extremely welcoming and kind. The even meals and wine list on the deck area were fantastic - and very welcome after a long day travelling. As has been noted, you need to be prepared to try italian as the english speaking is limited (we were hopeless...
