This hotel was okay. Wifi was in and out and room needed updating. Old furniture in the lobby and the breakfast was the same thing everyday. Dinner there 2 nights was pretty good. The furnishings in the room were old.

I can only imagine that our tour company put us up here for two disappointing nights in order to save costs. Why else would anyone stay here?

This hotel will ruin your holiday,holes in bed sheets ,damp basement rooms,poor quality food,understaffed. no one on our trip could believe Newmarket travel charged us extra to stay here .it may say four star above the door , but it ends there!

Yes we have emailed and sent photos awaiting reply from Newmarket. The automated reply said to allow 28 days which are up on the 29th July. When we asked the reps for a change of hotel they stated they would help locate new hotel but that we would have to pay again for the new hotel. Thomson's. Hello yes I was. I have just received an appalling response from my letter to Newmarket Holidays who had the cheek to end on "we hope to service you in the not too distant future". I sent the letter to Simon Hibbs, their MD but I bet he never even saw the letter. It happens at my company and people do perserve and are always treated with utmost respect. They totally blamed me for daring to book an allocated on arrival. If I had paid full price for that holiday and had googled their "doctored" pictures on their website I would have gone ballistic. Have you got in touch with them and ABTA - oh and the final insult - they sent the letter to me but did not copy in ABTA - very telling - I am not going to go away on this one.
