I went with an American dance group that stays in this hotel every summer. The staff was friendly and helpful with everything. My airline had lost mine and my friends baggage and I never had to worry about contacting the airline because the hotel staff took care of everything. The hotel room was clean and I had a beautiful balcony...

We stayed in the Villa, just a 2min walk from the hotel and could not have been happier with our choice of hotel. The room was clean, cool and with a lovely view. We used the shuttle bus service to Sorrento town most days, it was always on time and just a short 20 min drive with beautiful scenery -...

We stayed here during the first two weeks in November. Situated several kilometres outside Sorrento at Sant'Agata, the rooms on the seaward side of the hotel offer a stunning panorama of the Bay of Naples and the brooding splendour of Vesuvius. The staff are outstanding. The village of Sant'Agata is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel...

Just come back from our holiday in Sorrento. The hotel was great. Amazing view from the balcony over looking jaw dropping Neapolitan bay and Mt Vesuvius. All staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the deco was traditional. My partner and I had lovely time there. Although a bit of distance from the Sorrento town (that's why...

Nice people always willing to help, provided us with all the needed info right from the start and booked us a nice trip Capri. The private walk to Sant'Agata was really helpful. Breakfast was good and coffee was great.

Located on the snaking Via Nastro Verde, the road linking Sorrento to the hilltop village of Sant' Agata Sui Due Golfi the Hermitage is a deservedly popular hotel which has been very cleverly designed to snuggle into the countryside rather than tower above it. Reception is reached by lift from street level and is staffed with friendliness, professionalism and efficiency....

With great reviews I was really looking forward to this holiday. A very traditional style of hotel which I loved and rooms were nice. However it had the distinct feeling of 'end of season'. Shuttle bus was very limited (though the public bus ran frequently) to sorrento. Evening meal was in the main nice enough but the breakfasts were terrible.
