Although I requested a room that didn't involve steps, we arrived after midnight to be informed, all be it with a dose of Italian charm that the reserved room was accessed by steps. The solution to the problem was a room with no balcony and only the smallest of windows and a view over local balconies. Next morning, we requested...

We enjoyed a weeks stay here at the beginning of October 2016, nice staff, beautiful views from terraces and from some of the rooms (expensive extra charge for balcony or good view). Can't understand reviews not happy with the food, we like cruises and nice restaurants and were happy here too. However I understand the comments about standard bedrooms, although...

My husband and I stayed in this hotel last month to meet up with friends travelling in the Sorrento area. If you are looking for a modern boutique hotel this is not it - but it is a charming quaint hotel with wonderful views over the bay, and wonderful staff who will go out of their way to accommodate you....

The main plus point of this hotel is the amazing location and views from the terrace and rooms facing the bay. It is also a short walk from a lovely town St Agata, which provides a selection of shops and eateries - highly recommend the ice cream parlour! Excursions to see the local amazing sights are a must. There is...

I am sitting in the hotel bar before going into dinner. Our room is not in the main building but an annex a bit like the pool house. The room is small but has everything we need, except a kettle, which we bought in the village along with tea and milk. The staff are friendly once you start talking to...

Stayed here for 10 days at the beginning of September. This is a typical Italian hotel full of character which others may find as being a little dated. We had a lovely spacious room with large balcony & well equipped bathroom. Stunning views of the bay of Naples. Great welcome from friendly reception staff & the rest of the staff...

We arrived to a great welcome from the staff both as the porter doing our bags to the reception staff. Hotel clean tidy and thisgoes for the rooms too. The hotel offers shuttle bus to suite travels down to sorrento. My main issue was price of a wine as rather expensive in the hotel as bottle of house wine £20...

I have just returned home and have read some of the recent reviews. Myself and some of the other guests I met had absolutely no complaints about the food. The menu was varied and was clearly designed to offer variety. Staff were very attentive and put themselves out to make your stay as comfortable as possible The hotel is 'traditional'...

We came to the Jaccarino for a week 5th-12th sept on our honeymoon unfortunately it did not live up to our expectations 🙁 our view was stunning from our balcony (we had prebooked and paid for this) if you want a view you have to book in advance as many people wanted to move rooms and weren't able to. Very...
