We spent a week at the Villa Fernanda and were most pleased. The room (303) was comfortable and kept spotless. There was a nice veranda with a view of the sea in the distance. There have been some reviews saying the rooms are small but to be honest we found it adequate. There was some noise from the road but...

Having read the mixed reviews for this hotel, we found that our experience was indeed a mixed one. Whilst we were initially surprised by what appeared to be a small square room, we soon got used to it and found it to be surprisingly adequate. The bathroom was well equipped and the shower was excellent. Contributors comments on room and...

Lovely ,small hotel in an interesting area. Our room overlooked an orchard garden and pool.Everything was spotless and the owner and staff were helpful and so friendly. The only downside was that the pool didn't have a shallow end,too deep for me but there is a small shallow pool, too small for an adult to swim in.Thank you for our visit

Small but very friendly hotel.Food typically Italian, and very fresh.Room was a bit small but this is a three star hotel. The pool and surrounding area were as clean as any we have visited.Family run, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The village is just a 20 minute bus ride from Sorrento.

Returned here following a previous stay in 2014. Really do not understand any negative comments, if you expect more then pay more! We feel that for what we pay we receive extremely good value for money. It has to be said that by comparison the food this year was of a better standard than in 2014, it is varied, traditional...

Great food at a high level hot team. The hotel manager also owns a wonderful person. It is spontaneous combustion 20 minutes from Sorrento called Sant'Agata. Gorgeous scenery. The hotel is close to all sites in Mhfsim tourists, Positano, Amalfi, Sorrento Island of Capri Pompeo Naples Ravello and many other historical sites.

tripadvisor is rigged, in other words flawed to the point it cons people into thinking just because some persons live like dogs. Well this place looks 5 star. Another good point, never go to a family run/friendly hotel. Open your eyes but do not ask for your money back. Have a happy time!

After quite a stressful start to our holiday I must say that staying at Hotel Villa Fernanda really made it for us. Villa Fernanda is a small family run hotel who are always willing to go that little extra to make your stay as comfortable and wonderful as possible. The rooms are basic but clean with fresh towels every day....

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
A warm welcome to the sorrento peninsula: in the center of sant'agata sui due golfi, in the center of the sorrento peninsula, the hotel villa fernanda waits for you with his ospitality. The hotel has a relaxing garden where the swimmingpool is with jakuzzi, children area, terrace and bar, you can taste all kind of cocktails. The rooms have all the conmforts: centralized air conditioning, telephone, tv sat, hairdryer. The hotel has a large free parking for your car and free wi-fi internet connection in the hall. Appreciate our restaurant: for the base of our genuine "home-cooked" menu we use products which are typical of the sorrento coast plus added flavours of the mediterranean. ... more   less
