Lovely setting. Food is excellent but very small portions. Service was good until we got the bill. Coming from South Africa we never really check the bill, but this time we were taken aback when we saw the total. We were overcharged by €64-. It left a sour taste after a lovely night. So my advice, check your bill......

A lovely hotel in a breath taking location with incredible views, fantastic and friendly staff and a nice enough restaurant. The only negatives were the bed, two singles pushed together that were slightly different heights causing a "step" and the fact that the advertised WiFi is not available in the rooms but is in reception. We raised the Internet with... More

We were here on a weekend night when there was a wedding on a dinner included plan. Although our room and the grounds were lovely, the hot tub was not functional and our room was above the restaurant and bar, which the wedding party enjoyed noisily until 1:30am, regardless of our complaints. Also, instead of a full menu restaurant, we... More

My husband and I stayed at this lovely inn for a few nights in September of 2015. Although a challenge to find, the reward is an absolutely beautiful setting out of a dream. The staff couldn't do enough for us. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, and our room awaited us with prosecco and fresh fruit. The suite was spotless... More

Gorgeous old world estate set in the rolling hills and vineyards of rural Tuscany. The rooms have high ceilings and the large windows that much of Europe is known for. We never used air conditioning, but instead kept our windows wide open to take advantage of the lovely breeze. Our room was actually an apartment with a common room and... More

This is a beautiful place with wonderful rooms all by itself in the middle of farms. It's really a village (the village is the hotel), and the rooms are amazing. We had a 2 br suite complete with full kitchenette and dining area, living room, huge bath and 2 bedroms, and a lovely patio. If you want to visit hilltowns... More

Beautifully restored village out in the country which is quiet and peaceful. Downside: Old plumbing which is to be expected. Tiny breakfast selection. If your not a dog lover and the guests dogs bark throughout breakfast 17km to nearest town Did not try to eat at the restaurant after the ad reviews it received on trip advisor Double bed is... We have just enjoyed two glorious weeks staying in no 16 at the Casabianca. Our two bed apartment was very spacious with spectacular views. There was a sofa bed too but I think it would be cramped if 6 stayed given there is only one bathroom! We had the pool to ourselves most days, sharing it occasionally with those passing... More

Nice location but not easy to reach without car or taxi. Room was nice. Pools was okay not so clean. Food was fine but not extraordinary. The staffs especially the reception was very helpful. It is nice place for a short break especially if one wants to be away from mess of city. wifi connection was ver bad.

We wanted to really like Casabianca because of the beautiful location and setting. This part of Tuscany is amazingly beautiful and Casabianca is in a beautiful area -- although a little difficult to find. The rooms/apts are nice and comfortable. However service was spotty -- fresh towels arrived at 1900h -- 700pm. But what really disappointed us was the food... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The 18th-century manor house, in this 4-star Tuscan hotel, has three rooms and six suites, some of which still have original frescoes. Attention to detail makes this little village quite unique, from the rooms to the suites and from the pool area to the restaurant which serves local Tuscan specialties and has an excellent wine list. The renovations carried out on the village have brought Casabianca back to its former splendor and involved not just the buildings, streets and gardens but also the farm lands and the olive groves. The production of oil, which was once the farm's main activity, is still alive today and the result is an excellent D.O.P. Terre di Siena extra-virgin olive oil: a precious flavor of Tuscany. From the hotel there are splendid vistas of the charming Tuscan countryside towards the Montalcino hills, Mount Amiata, the Crete and Siena. An unforgettable spectacle. ... more   less
