The villa gives you the ultimate tuscany expererience . Great views, the villa has nice details. The infinity pool is relaxing and the staff works hard to please the guest the best they can. The location is perfect to visit Florence, San Gimignano and Siena. If you love to e-bike: just make a biketripto San Gimignano. You won’t regret. Also the 8 castle route ( popiano, morati, tavarnelle, Giano, montespertoli) in between the olive gardens and grape yards is the best tuscan trlaxing holiday experience.
This hotel is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The hotel, food, service and scenery is incredible and this is certainly a hotel we will never forget. Accommodation: We stayed in a upgraded suite but all the suites here are incredible. Our room was very spacious and had a living room, bathroom and bedroom. All bedrooms are decorated with traditional Italian decor and everything is finished to the highest standard. Restaurant: First of all the terrace is set in the most beautiful location. The scenery is insane and we loved watching the sunset every evening, this never got old. We ate here most evenings (and everyday for breakfast) and although the menu is selective, everything you eat is amazing. We had the steak most nights and this never ever disappointed especially accompanied with delicious wine. Location: The location is about 40 minutes from Florence, however this hotel is definitely worth the drive. As previously mentioned the scenery is something which cannot be explained, it is picture perfect something you see on a postcard. This hotel on a whole is immaculate and feels very exclusive. The staff could not be anymore accommodating and are willing to go above and beyond. This hotel will hold a special place in our hearts and I hope one day we can return...until next time.…
We stayed 3 nights in early November as our home base for wine tasting in the region. We arrived late in the evening, and upon opening our window had a postcard view of the countryside. The rooms were wonderfully well appointed, the staff gratuitous and welcoming, and the dinners in the evening were delicious on property. Sara was our server each night and was delightfully friendly and suggested some very good vintages from the estate (even finding a missing wine she wanted us to try for our final meal there). All in all, I wished we could have stayed longer to better enjoy the Tuscan landscape and hospitality.
We stayed here for a relaxing week in September. The service provided by all the staff is superb, relaxed and friendly. The menu may seem limited at first but the chef changes items daily and will also prepare something special given some notice. Try the Tuscan T-bone and grilled octopus as a treat. We opted for an exec suite which was very spacious and well appointed. The staff organised wine tastings, cooking classes (avoid Tenuta Torciano as it was very commercially focused), bike rides and allowed us to host a dinner for local friends one evening with a set menu.
We spent a few wonderful days in this beautiful hotel complex. our room was extremely beautiful and big. The service was very hard to satisfy the high demands of the owners. Unfortunately it was partly noticed that a little bit less staff had to keep the facility in good shape. The breakfast was fine, not as extensive as expected and also the additional billing of eggs or pancakes takes some getting used to. All in all, however, a wonderful stay, even if not quite inexpensive.
