Firstly a great thank you to Isabella for accommodating us although they were scheduled to close. We stayed here for 3 nights and had the best stay. The place was lovely where every corner we turned to looked like out of a postcard. There were so many drives, routes recommended from the Agritourismo that we were spoilt for choice. All...

Cretaiole! I can't recommend this place enough! Our rather large group had a wonderful time staying at Cretaiole recently. The property is lovely and very serene with the olive trees and vineyards. As there was a large number of us, we were able to check out each other's accommodations and they were all great way in their own ways. I...

I think pictures speak a thousand words so I'll post some because this was by far the most ideal accommodation we could ever have hoped for. Family oriented, we enjoyed meeting Isabella, Carlo, Luciano and Carlotta who made our stay special in so many ways. From wine tasting, olive oil tasting, pici pasta making with a Tuscan style feast afterwards...

I believe that translates to we were blessed. To stay at Cretaiole, to meet Isabella, Carlotta, Carlo and Luciano, to see the Tuscan fields, hills and countryside and to have the sense to listen to the family about what to see and what to do. Others have correctly described the numerous and incredible details that make this such a special...

I absolutely loved Cretaiole!! Our hosts Isabella, Carlos, Luciano & Carlotta were so friendly & helpful! Their generosity & diverse interests made our trip pleasant & most interesting. We felt @ home in Cretaiole, loved Pienza & the Val D Orcia! At one stage Deb & I were talking about moving to Tuscany after we discovered the beautiful countryside &...

Wow! Loved our stay at the Cretaiole. The Moricciani family are terrific welcoming hosts, have extensive regional and cultural knowledge, and plenty of information and activities available for the traveller. Set in a beautiful rural area, with outstanding views from the property . The accomodation and facilities were great, the location very convenient for day trips by car, and lots...

Four friends stayed at Cretaiole for a week in early October; it could not have been more perfect. We had two bedrooms, each with a bathroom, and a living/dining/kitchen common area. There are special activities planned just for the guests of the Agriturismo, and many hill towns within easy drive, each with its own charm and delightful restaurant(s). The Moricciani...

Cretaiole is simply an amazing place. 4 of us spent a week there in L'Ovile and Il Granaio (2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen/sitting area). The apartment was perfect - from the old stone sink in the kitchen to the fireplace which we used on a cold and rainy morning, to the comfortable beds and the best shower in all of...

I searched a long time to find the perfect quintessential Tuscan farmhouse. My husband and I went to Italy for our honeymoon and stayed at Cretaiole. Isabella was fantastic from the time I made my first inquiry. She's quick to respond and very helpful. We were greeted when we arrived at the farm and Carlotta was incredibly helpful. They'll book...

My 8-year old daughter and I loved every minute at Cretaiole! The entire Moricciani family and the lovely people who work with them are the heart and soul of the wonderful experience of staying on their property! They are so kind and care, and share their enthusiastic love of their part of Tuscany by providing you with rich experiences in...
