We were a family of 11 that occupied both villas at La Pergola. Unique setup with owners Claudio & Sabine's family villa in between our units all in one complex. Very helpful to have owners on site to answer our travel plans + navigating the local busses, trams, trains & taxis. Our flight was redirected to Pisa due to crosswinds...

The villa was everything they advertised. Claudio and his son were great help getting us first from Florence to his place, then to the Coop for food and wine. He showed us the things we needed to find like the tram. When we ended up with a car rental with a flat that couldn't be changed due to a tire...

This villa was an excellent choice for our holiday in Florence. Situated away from the hustle and bustle of city life, it provided a true oasis of calm. The owners, Claudio and Sabine were extremely helpful and welcoming. The villa was comfortable with adequate facilities and the bonus of a swimming pool for cooling off at the end of the...

This was a great, spacious apartment with a beautiful property! I loved being outside of the city in our own oasis. Sometimes it makes sense to stay in the heart of the city, and Florence would definitely be one of those places I would love to have to myself first thing in the morning/late at night, but with a family...

We were a combination of friends and family, some of us not very seasoned travelers. Claudio and his family were gracious and helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The grounds and view are beautiful, the apartments very comfortable and the location is perfect for relaxation and sightseeing (with the bus/train ride into town). The best food we...

My family and I had a truly enjoyable stay at Villa La Pergola-Ulivo for 9 days this past September. Reading all the positive reviews helped with my decision to book the Villa… the family and villa lived up to and exceeded every rave review! Our hosts could not have been more receptive and cordial and although we only had the...

My wife and our 13yr old son traveled from the USA and enjoyed a wonderful week with Claudio, Sabine and Claudio's father Peter, who were absolutely delightful hosts. The Villa's location is perfect for day trips to Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Certaldo, Pisa etc. The Villa overlooks the city of Florence, and the cabena by the pool provided a...
